Room was not ready at check in time, we were told it would be 5-15 minutes. After 25 minutes no one had even come close to coming to room. Left for event and returned at 1 am. Barely any toliet paper, no tissues and see through towels for one even though it was double occupancy. Rooms needed a lot of attention.

I driving from Holland, MI to Charleston, SC and this place was a great place to stop. I thought about a different chain (starts with Holiday...), but really glad I didn't. The location was awesome, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, and has very comfortable rooms! One thing that took me by surprise was that the water pressure seemed really strong for a hotel. The pillows are a bit on the firm side, so if you like a softer one bring your own. Other than that, which isn't much, everything was great!

I ordered a King Jacuzzi suit; expecting a great room for the priceI had paid. The room was an average low priced MOTEL room, with a Jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi was great; had lots of fun. But you can not just throw a jacuzzi in a room and call it a suite. I was very dissapointed in my stay; expecting a "suite" for $114.00 a night, and got a $50.00 a night "TOPS" room. I do not recommend this room, if you want a suite. Alarm clock did not work, all appliances were outdated, I did not even think they made 25" box tv's anymore, and the operater never answerd the phone, so I could leave a wake up call.

EXCELLENT. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and very clean, best matress and pillows I ever had at a motel. No problem having my service dog with me, she was welcomed with no problems. Hot breakfast was great. Pleany of well lit parking.

Stopped at the Comfort Suites Wytheville location heading up to Toledo. EXCELLENT! Friendly staff, great breakfast in the morning, the best motel/hotel pillows I have ever used. Rooms were exceptionally clean. There were no complaints when my wife and I both came in with service dogs, I know they can't turn us down but the happily welcomed us, some other places complain and grumble. We enjoyed it so much we made sure we booked there for the trip back. Going north again I will make sure I book here again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was a reasonable price for a Hampton considering it was Bristol Speedway weekend. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I paid extra for room with amenities and got a room without a fridge and microwave instead. One plus is that it is located beside a fantastic restaurant which serves really good food.

Staff was amazingly accommodating, room clean & comfortable with 4 pillows per bed and extra towels! Continental Breakfast adequate, and they really do have coffee 24/7 as well as juices! Rooms well insulated from noises. View of sunrise over the mountains on back side of hotel. Best value in Wytheville, VA - and I've stayed in most of the hotels!

We chose this hotel for it was the closet to Bristol Speedway that had great rates and we felt that we would get a good clean room from a name we can trust. This was not the best we have ever stayed at, but it was not the worst. Over all the staff was very nice, hotel and room were clean and the waffles at breakfast were great.

The Wytheville Va Comfort Inn was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly. The location was too far away from the area where I spent the week-end, but there was a lot going on in town. There was no dining room, but there were several places to eat nearby.

For the money, it was a fine place to stay. Room and bathroom were clean enough. The breakfast area was a little "lite" as far as selection and any type of "hot food", but it would be enough to get some people started. There are PLENTY of eating places close enough that you can satisfy any palate!! Overall a good stay

We were just staying overnight on our way back home from Myrtle Beach. There was no one at the front desk. We had to ring a bell and we still had to wait until someone came out. We were not greeted and the woman seemed irritated to help us. Our room was ok except it seemed that the carpet was not clean. It just felt dirty in the room. Our toilet almost overflowed a couple of times and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly. The walls were so thin I felt like the family in the room next door was in our room. The breakfast had a good selection but there were definitely not enough seats. Not somewhere I would come back to.

Great hotel

Directions from google maps had us off in the weeds -- gave very specific instructions to a piece of farmland about 5 miles out of town.
We decided to start over and just check each of the town's 3 interstate exit areas in the hopes that we would stumble onto the hotel. We found the hotel at the second one, so only lost about half an hour total.
Once we found the hotel, everything was great. Hotel is nice, clean, new. Room was spotless. Nice beds. Several feather and synthetic pillows on each bed.
Fantastic showers. Seriously. Great water flow, great shower head.
Our only letdown was that the continental breakfast ended at 9am. We were counting on 10am.

Room was across from the elevator... and was very small for a suite... It was extremely noisy-- walls must be very thin. AC unit was also very noisy and seemed to 'shudder' when turning off... very disruptive of sleep.

Nice hotel at a budget price. Nothing fancy by any stretch but comfortable, clean and affordable. Very few in this price range that maintain high standards. I will stay there again when I am travelling through. Management was very courteous and it was a pleasurable stay!

We have been at this "Motel 6" previously and "Same old - Same old". It is "bare-bones" but good, clean, reasonably priced lodging. Going to Bristol Motor Speedway for the race, it is perfect for us. We are only at the motel to sleep and shower and do not require any extra's which they do not provide, but they do have a small pool that looked clean. There is not an alarm clock in the room so take one if needed.
