My friend and I had a great time relaxing by the pool and getting into the hot tub.
I understand why people think its dated. It's prob over 20 years old, but built very well. Mostly brick construction.
Included breakfast was good. I got 2 eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns. Delivered to my table.
Staff was super friendly :-)

I am very easy to please when it comes to hotel stays. As long as its just for a night. I needed a room just to stay the night because i had my flight at 705am. I had come from a long week w friends and Ski in Park City and i did not get there till 10pm. It was a quick and easy check in. The front desk employee asked all the right questions and was very professional. He gets 5 stars. as for the guy in the morning, didn't seem to pleasant. He had to tell me that the shuttle wasn't here yet and that he couldnt get a hold of dispatch. You'd think he would have tried harder to figure something out for me since i told him my flight was departing at 705 and it was just about 10mins to 6am. He ended up callin the holiday inn just across the street and that was very accommodating because they were there within 5minutes. made it to the airport just in time. anywho.. a single night stay w one person, id suggest it, but i would most definitely choose non-smoking and take the hike outside if you are a smoker. my fault. breakfast was out early before the time i was told it was served (complimentary) it was also not bad for free food. that was a plus because not thinking, I didn't bring anything to eat when i woke up.

It was inconvenient that there is no shops near the hotel. But it is good enough if you are going to just stay at night to get to the airport . They have free shuttle bus service from antd to the airport. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and gave us appropriate information.

The hotel was easy to find from the airport, although signage was a little small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was super, 1.5 miles from airport. Cost was relatively cheap compared to other chains. Restaurants were approx 5 minutes away. Rooms were nice sized but dated. Hallways carpets needed replaced. Pool was nice.

Hotel is excellent when you're traveling and have to stay over for a night. Good service, swimming pool was good, fitness room was well organized. Beds were great, maybe even one of the best we had this journey!!
Breakfast was good, nothing really special.
Only thing which was bad, was the third bed, the sleeping couch. But to be very honest, wherever you stay that's always bad.

Compared to an experience we had over the 4th of July (not booked at Springhill suites), this stay was a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They even greeted our kids. The hotel was clean and our room was extremely comfortable. The beds were perfect. That's probably the best night's rest I've ever had while staying at a hotel. I'd definitely go again. It was nice to stay at a place where all my kids (4 of them) had a place to sleep. The best part was taking a dip in the pool that next morning. We'll definitely come again and may even stay a little longer next time. I honestly can't think of anything that we did not like.

The hotel was very nice the staff was top notch. The hotel was located in a industral area so there was not much around it but you are only about five minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.I would recomend this simply for the staff. They are friendly, informative and always have a smile.

All was good except the desk staff waited 20 minutes before calling the shuttle driver to pick me up at the airport, then said she would put me on the 4a shuttle back the next - except there is not 4a shuttle. Hotel ended up calling me a cab and covering the fare. Turns out the desk staff was a trainee.

We stayed at this Microtel just overnight after our flight. The shuttle picked us up 5 minutes after we called, we checked in with no waiting. Our room was spacious and clean. The price was unbeatable. We booked another room for the night before we fly back home.

This hotel was a bit of a surprise. The coffee in the room was actually good for once. The decor was up -to-date and staff quite courteous. Best of all, there was little to no noise interference from neighbors and i got a good night's sleep on New Years Eve when I was not in a party mood since I was there only to visit my deceased wife's grave. I had not stayed in a Hilton in quite sometime but I think I will again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, on site restaurant had good quality food for dinner and a great breakfast. Only thing missing was a good vegetarian entree, but it was easy to make do from the menu. They also moved my room to the first floor at my request while enroute when I found I would be too tired to hoof the bags to a second floor room. And the bed was perfect!

I came in late and needed a place close to the airport to stay overnight before driving out the next morning. The hotel was easy to find, fast check in, and the room was clean. A little pricey considering the other options right there in the same area.

Very friendly staff, esp the server at the Kitty Hawk restaurant. Very clean and the in room coffee maker was a pleasant surprise. A bit expensive and the breakfast was weak. But a great place to stop on a road trip or on business. The pool was refreshing.

We stopped by Salt Lake City on our way home to California. This hotel is very nice, and our room was HUGE. It was reasonably priced just for a nice room in SLC; but given the size of the room and the quality of the hotel, it was especially a great deal.
The hotel is not up against the freeway, and so we didn't hear freeway noise. It is also located enough past the airport (away from town), that we didn't hear any planes. The drive into town is fairly short.

The hotel was near the north end of town with easy access to the airport and the center of town. Although the hotel was smoke free, our room used to be a smoking room. You could still smell the smoke, and there were cigarette burns on the drapes and bath tub. The breakfast was great.

We had an early flight out of SLC. We returned our rental car, hotel shuttle picked us up returned us to hotel, directed us to a resturant within walking distance of hotel. Shuttle took us to airport at 4:30 next morning. Very good service, friendly and helpful staff.

The lady at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful with our silly questions. The facilities were very clean and well taken care of. We used the pool and hot tub and both were great. The hot tub looked a little off color though. They provide a free 24 hour airport shuttle which was extremely convenient at 4 am. The driver was also very accommodating and nice.

The staff were kind enough. The only available room was a smoking room and it was rather disgusting with burn marks throughout and a smell that we did our best to mask with candles, febreeze and pine air fresheners.
Also, the pool was out of service as were the vending machines when we tried to use them.
The location was convenient to the airport, downtown and the highways.

Nice place to stay close to airport

Once we were switched to a non smoking room we really enjoyed our stay at the Sky Harbor Suites. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and close access to the bike trail behind the airport. Our room was clean and very practical. The iron and ironing board where a great and used addition. The kitchenette perfect!

I booked for 2 double beds. I was given a room with 1 bed and the couch bed (mattress was about 4 inches thick) I asked why i didnt get 2 beds and the guy pointed rudely to the couch and said 1 and then he pointed to the bed and said 2. the one bed was in a loft with no air. my friend and i had to sleep on the couch bed. all this for 90.00. I would never stay there again.
