We have vacationed at the Best Western Landmark Inn several times in Park City, Utah over the past five years. The hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly and geared to satisfying customer needs, and the bus shuttle to the ski resorts in the area is very convenient and the highlight of the amenities with regard to convenience!! The lobby area is very attractive and inviting to guests to sit and relax and the complimentary cookies in the afternoon at the front desk are very tasty. The breakfast area offers a choice of hot and cold buffet items and the food is really good. We would highly recommend this facility to families and other guests.

The Best Western Landmark was adequate. The room was clean and the non smoking room was truly non-smoking. The only issue that we had was the tub would not drain properly. Small complaint. Overall I would recommend

Good Condo, for the most part

The condo itself was well decorated and very comfotable. Small problem with the satellite hook-up that was promptly fixed. Redstone is attached to commercial development with shops and restuarants and your doorstep. That was convenient, but also came with some noise (early morning garbage pick-up for business and some late night crowd) that was tolerable. My condo was actually over a business with the back windows overlooking the business avenue. These concerns may be less of an issue for larger units located off the main street. A garage is included, but you do not have use of a remote opener. Each time you enter/leave you have to exit your vehicle to manually open/close the garage door. However, I did not spend that much time at the condo. This property is located about five miles from Park City. Overall it was a great condo and a good value. The staff was helpful and responsive.

Just what we needed

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway to shop, eat and relax. This was an ideal location for us with the outlet mall shops literally in walking distance - which made it very easy to shop till closing time and get there in plenty of time at opening without having to wake up early and drive from Salt Lake.
We really enjoyed having covered parking that was secure and we didn't have to worry about shoveling our car off in the morning or walking through or in the snow to get to our room. With it being a snowy weekend, the covered parking and interior hallways were a welcome sight.
Even though it was just the 2 of us in a 2 bedroom unit, we had plenty of room to spread out. When we got to our rooms, the heat was set a warm but comfortable temperature - a nice touch since it was about 10 degrees outside at the time. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for my wife to take a warm bath. The bed was comfortable, good fireplace and peace and quiet.
With the outlet mall stores just a short walk and all that the Kimball Junction area now has to offer with Redstone, this was a great choice for us and just what we needed for dinner, shopping, rest, breakfast and more shopping - but without the kids.

We were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen that the condo had. This saved us a lot of money being able to make our own meals and not spending it all on eating out. With the extra money we saved we were able to do fun and enjoyable activities in the park city area.

Great location, but the pool was closed and there wasn't a loft. I didn't expect for the place to be new but it was quite outdated. I would recommend spending a couple of dollars more and going somewhere else.

Good hotel with some drawbacks

Nice hotel, clean, friendly, good receptionists, best WiFi I possibly ever had in a hotel, free breakfast, nice pool and hot-tub area. Room was clean, seemingly new furniture and carpet, a lot of storage space.
Some downsides compared to similarly priced hotels nearby (BW Landmark Inn, Hampton Inn) include more limited breakfast and particularly poor sound insulation. If the people in the room next to you or above you get up, you will notice. For me, the bed was too hard, gives me back pain; but that may apply only to me.

The hotel room was new, clean and very nice. Tile in the bathroom and a huge tub. The bed was a queen and would have liked a king but it was very comfortable.
The staff at the front desk were young and seem preoccupied with their computers-not very customer-service oriented.
We also used the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. All of these were great. We would stay here again!

My girlfriend and I stayed in a three bedroom condo with two other couples. We were there to enjoy the snow and activities that come with it. The condo itself was wonderful! Very clean and modern with new appliances and furniture. The condo was set up with all the essentials including dish soap, laundry detergent, and all the proper toiletries. The fireplace was icing on the cake. We were also lucky enough to be right next to the community hot tub which was super! The concierge was very helpful with whatever we needed. The shuttle driver, Rudy, was incredibly nice. Our only complaint was that their shuttle service only runs 2 miles away from the lodge which isn't nearly far enough to get you to most of the local activities. The city bus is free but is quiet a haul from the room to the stop which is terrible when carrying gear or groceries in a storm.
