Ok, the hotel was worth the price. Staff great, room good n clean but kinda small. However, as i traversed th halls of the place there was obvious vomit stains on the hall carpet. kinda gross when you're walking in bare feet to the swimming pool. The chlorine in the whirlpool was overwhelming and there was no fan for pool area and the lighting was poor. Next time i'll spend the extra bucks for something a bit nicer.

Great location. TV not working properly. New TV's and no one knew how to fix it after 2 weeks. The carpet needs replacing.

Quiet room and location, yet convenient access to I-215, dining and shopping. Helpful staff. Better than average free breakfast. Bus to Alta and Snowbird skiing available.

Great location and service, came to Salt Lake to visit friends and Snowboard and Super8 Midvale was pretty great only think i could want was a small fridge in room common kitchen/breakfast nook was convient.

I just needed a place to stay overnight. The room was small, perfect for one person. The kitchen area was a little small but again, perfect for one person for an overnight stay or a few nights. Not the most sound proof place and the heater cooler was noisy at night but other than that, not too shabby. Best feature was the location. A large strip mall across the street with several restaurants, stores and a large movie theatre. Gas stations in either direction. Very convenient

Best staff i have ever come across! i got lost and a person was put on the phone and literally stayed on the phone with me until i got a good grip on which way was which, cordial and super friendly.

Good thing they have a coffee making machine in room. I can make coffee or just hot drinks. Even some high priced hotels do not have it.

Adaquate, clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. One small issue was the drain in the bath was slow so that I was standing in water up to my ancles by the time I was finished showering. I reported it and have no doubt that it was fixed promptly. The breakfast was below average. But, the hotel was a great value for the money!

Upon entering the room, getting slapped in the face by the unique odor set the tone. Room is very dingy, bed is about as comfortable as the one I just threw out at home, and the matted carpet is by far the worst I have seen in any motel. I made the mistake of taking my socks off and really regret that. It was 4am, I needed the 3 hours of sleep I was going to get... I should have just stayed in my car. :(

NO SLEEP FOR THE WEARY

If you are looking for a FIESTA then this is your place, however if you actually want to sleep at some point during the night don't stay here. You should know that I'm a guy, and I felt intimidated/scared staying here. Before the sun even went down several loud Latino males got together in the parking lot and hanging off the balconies blaring their music, drinking beer, and whistling at the girls that walked by.
As soon as the sun went down the FIESTA really heated up. I witnessed 2 of the males urinate into the pool. By 10:00pm local time there were at least 14 young males outside getting louder and drinking. I called the hotel front desk to ask them if they could do something about it because I couldn't sleep with all the noise. They said that if I didn't like it I should call the police. GREAT ANSWER from the hotel, right! Over the next few hours more and more Latino males continued to join their friends in the parking lot, getting progressively louder and louder.
At about 2:00am the party finally started to break up, however there were still thugs hanging off the balcony, fighting, slamming doors and screaming at each other in Spanish until at least 4:30am. I guess if you actually want to sleep here you need to do it during the day before housekeeping kicks you out.
