Hotel is older, they have tried to keep it up to date with fresh paint and pictures ,but it is what it is. I would stay there again, everything was clean and the staff was friendly enough. The pictures that look new are the beds minus the creepy normal bed covers.

excellent locations, needs better beds

If you are going to the Utah Shakespeare Festival, this hotel can't be beat. You can walk to the festival which is key, because parking is very limited. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a free breakfast every morning and they keep it stocked to the very end. My only complaint is that the beds were too soft.
For a great meal, check out the Pastry Pub less than a block away.

Was passing through on my way to Zions NP and on a memorial day weekend could not find reasonable hotel in St George so booked this hotel, experience was pleasant, hotel close to downtown and freeway.
Good to go for free breakfast early if you care. Outdoor patio area for breakfast was nice.
Lady at front desk was eager to help with suggestions and maps, was very nice to my children too.

This hotel was selected due to its close proximity to Brian Head. The room heat wasn't on when we arrived and the bathroom was practically zero degrees. Once the room was warmed up, it was clean and the breakfast was GREAT. One of the better hotel breakfasts that I have experienced. The gravy was made from scratch and the atmosphere was like a family member having you over. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We came to Cedar City for my father's funeral, not exactly a vacation. But this was a great place for the price; we will stay again on our next trip to Cedar City. The staff was very helpful and quickly responded to our request. Bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very thin. I will bring my own or ask for a second set the next time. They have a great location close to everything in Cedar City. This was a very enjoyable stay, even under the circumstances.

I would have given it 2.5 stars, but its not an option. The hotel itself is clean and simple. However, the lazy boy chair in the room was broken. The room was fairly spacious (compared what whe had expected), but he contintental breakfast needs help. Waffles, bagles, english muffins, cereal...that was about it. Of course they had coffee and juice, but the didn't have yogurt, eggs, fruit, or anything else that you typically find at a continental breakfast. Its just a small hotel, in a small town. Nothing extra, nothing fancy, don't expect the worst, but don't expect to be pleasantly surprised.

Rest stop for camping trip at Zion and mountain biking at Brian head. First room had a/c that didn't work with 90+ weather but we were quickly moved to one that had working a/c. Free cereal, juice, coffee, and pastries is great! Very quiet.

We didn't arrive until 8pm, the front desk clerk was nice, & helpful telling of breakfast and pool times.
The room was nice, & clean, bed was comfy.. The room also had a recliner chair which is a plus after a long day on the road. It also located near stores, and restaurants if needed. We'd stay there again.
