I was delighted to see that the room was large, clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The bath linens were plush and soft. They even have glass drinking glasses! Everything looked brand new and was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling, for whatever reason.

We made the trip in to visit friends. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and will probably be the only hotel we use in the future when we visit. The rooms are clean, the hotel is well kept, and an onsite pantry is always a good thing. Not to mention the fridge and the kitchen in the suite - awesome for the little necessities.

Perfect Stay for our Mini Va-cay

This hotel was located in the heart of Tyler. We visited the waterpark, had a good nights rest, and then took
a short swim before heading home from our weekend getaway for my son's Spring Break vacation. Having been in a wheelchair for 6 weeks, I was extremely impressed by the device that the hotel had to enable the handicapped to swim.

we went to Canton trade days for the weekend and had a great time. After a long day of shopping got to our hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable, we will stay there again when we go back to Canton.

Very nice hotel with very nice people. Every thing is new and very clean.
The hotel is difficult to see from the road as it is set back behind some other buildings. The sign is very low and there are no addresses on buildings.
Would have been easier to find in the day light.
The spa/jacuzzi is difficult to get into and out of; be careful the first step is a dooze, there isn't a second step. There is a 3 foot drop off.

Tyler was a nice town the traffic was not fun at all and whoever decided to put cement medians on all the roads must be out of their minds it was not easy getting to locations due to having to go several blks down and turning around!

This stay was definitely better. My room was cleaned each day with trash being picked up and so on. It is a very quiet hotel even with a bus full of children staying for one of the nights. The service provided by front desk is always great HOWEVER it is not worth the price. This hotel should be priced at or below $99 not $139. Like I said previously, it is a great place for families and business but be sure to find the cheapest price on Or*itz (they would not let me publish the name)! Hope this helps.

The room and hotel were clean and very cool, considering the outside temps were above 100. All areas had the cleanest smell. We were only in town for 1 night, to attend a high school reunion. Location was great and very easy to get too.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even at my midnight check-in.
Good thing I awoke early. Housekeeping (I believe) yammered loudly in Spanish in the AM, just a few doors down from me. Otherwise, a quiet, restful stay.
Breakfast was more than adequate. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal... I can't remember what else. Lots of good choices. I got my money's worth of morning food.

We were in a tennis tournament for the weekend. We didn't know until we checked in at the tournament that our hotel was the host hotel for the tournament players. Since we booked through you, Orbitz, we didn't get the hotel rate of 79.99. I am very upset! Because of this unfortunate event, I will prpbably never book through one of these services again.

Nice place. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had. Beds are memory foam but VERY firm. TV was nice. Staff wasn't the greatest but they were very friendly and helpful. Pool was out of service (not that I cared, but you might.)

The room was nice once you got in, but you had to walk between two pressure treated 4 x 4 posts that placed prop up a sagging second floor A/C room that traversed the walk. I noticed this on at least one other unit we passed. Maybe this will be a temporary solution to getting the problem repaired. Honestly, it was a bit spooky getting to the room after dark, due to the design of the pods, the shrubs and the lighting. This unit adjoined a strip mall parking lot from an elevated position and was very noisy the two nights we stayed. On a positive note, the people were extremely friendly with a genuine caring attitude, the place was clean and the A/C blew cold air and it was only a short walk to the steak house across the street.

Fantastic hotel for business travelers

The Staybridge Suites offers a great option for people traveling for business in/around Tyler. The standard suite is like a studio apartment, providing a sleeping area, sitting/work area, and kitchen. It even has a dishwasher. The hotel itself has a small but useful business center, work out facility, and a mini-mart. It's also close to fast food options and the grocery store. The multi-room suites would probably be great for a family vacation as well. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was great, very clean and with a mini frige and microwave (not expected). The bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be brand new. As far as location, it was perfectly located to find our way around. The complimentary breakfast was fine, but go early, as when we arrived at 9 things were very busy. The plumbing was a little loud, and the pool was closed for repair while we were there :( but overall it was a great value compared to other places.

[...]A second weird thing is that upon check in the same front desk clerk made a photo my driver's license and credit card. Then, he asked me to sign and date the photocopy stating that this was for any additional charges. I also had to sign a room registration with my name, home address, cell and home phone numbers. I only give out my work information, but this clerk asked about a lot of personal information. Since he did not give me a receipt for my room, I asked for the paper with my driver's license and credit card. It took him a few minutes to locate the paper before giving it back to me. The rooms were very clean and nice. If not for the front desk, I would have enjoyed my stay a little more.

Decent Motel at a good price

The hotel room was at a decent price and I stayed there because they allowed pets. [...] After arrival i was charged $10 per night per pet which I thought was steep. Since I had two very small dogs it ended up costing me $40 more just for the pets.

Well it was really farther away than I wanted to be. so the drive back and forth was a little much. There were a few bugs. alive and dead. And one night people banged on our door asking for money, cause they were desperate. The Hotel clerk said not to open the door and watch the cammeras for any more visitors. Which we had none. The breakfast was only ok. we ended up going out to breakfast two days because we needed something else. and we stoped at a store to buy some fresh fruit. We considered changing. but did not follow through. I do not think I would stay at this one again. The staff was nice though....The pool was a little cloudy also. I have worked at a pool for 14 years. this was disapointing...to me.

I liked the fact that the staff was super nice. I didn't like the fact that the continental breakfast was somewhat nasty. The food was somewhat lukewarm and some things tasted stale to me but I liked the fact that they had a microwave and a nearby store so it was convenient to get tv dinners.

We are Tylers oldest B and B, and the closest lodging facility to historic downtown Tyler. An 1859 Tyler Historic Landmark, the Manor is a restored Queen Anne Victorian home. The house is set back on a large corner lot surrounded by brick streets and many mature shade trees. I reserved this room online, as my daughter in law is seriously ill and had to travel 500 miles to get to her, needless to say I was pooped when I arrived, and to my disappointment....the clerk behind the desk looked like she just jumpd out of bed...the bed was incorrectly made...no kleenex in the room, no ice bucket, no coffee pot....the ice machine didn't work....the parking lot was full of glass...yard was not mowed or kept up...and the cont. breakfast was a joke...honey buns...and cold coffee....for what we got...the room 1 king bed ? was over priced....I have stayed in motels cheaper then this one and much nicer..with all the extra.....this motel is a real DIVE....not saying all ABVI'S are like this...just this location...and it figures....didn't look american owned....the maid was the wife...she doesn't know how to made a bed or talk clear English on the phone.

Too close to hiway.Noisy tennants,knocks on door at midnight,next room tried to get in my room thru double adjoining doors at 1 am.Noisy cars with loud obnoxious music till 1 am.Noisy again in morning at about 7 am.I left a day early just to get some sleep.

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.
