For the money and the closeness to my family it was worth it. The continental breakfast was simple, the room was decent, the shower didn't work well, I would stay here again just because the price was good, and the closeness to my family and shopping etc.

Tolerable, but a bit disappointing

I booked this room at the Plano Days Inn because of the online claim that the room had a refrigerator. I never did find the refrigerator and told the staff as I checked out on day two. The clerk acted surprised and when she said that it should be right under the microwave, I told her that there was an empty cabinet under the microwave.
Secondly, the shower head was hanging down by the hose because the apparatus which connects it to the holder (so you can stand under it and take a normal shower) was broken. Therefore the only way to shower was to hold the shower head in one hand and scrub with the other. Also, the showerhead handle was cracked and water was spraying out of the crack. I also reported that to the staff.
Both of those problems are easy things to fix, and there is no excuse for the hotel manager not to know about them and not to fix them. Because of that I will choose another hotel chain on future travels.

This hotel is very modern and unique. I'm not a frequent traveler, but when I do, i like to be comfortable. The room was clean, didn't smell, and was pretty neat (as compared to the common hotel room). Came with a wall-mounted 40" HD tv, the shower was neat, and the overall room design was definitly distinct. The staff was very friendly, and our entire stay went without a hitch. Thanks!

Very nice! It was just a one night local stay, a "staycation" with a good friend. We do this once a month to get away from the kids. Last hotel was nasty, and the price wasn't any better!
We loved the hotel! Clean, good staff, nice location for our needs. The bed was very comfortable! We'll be back!

When I walked into the lobby and my hotel room I knew I had made the perfect selection. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very nice during my entire stay. It was really nice to have breakfast every morning in the lobby/dining area. I was 10 minutes away from the hotel where my residency interviews were being held and less than 10 minutes from my gym. There were a number of dining places in walking distance. I would certainly stay there again and tell my friends and family about my experience.

We went to visit family in Texas. The location was great, the rooms were very nice except the beds were very high off the ground which proved a challenge for my short elderly mother. They did not have other rooms available for us.The kids were disappointed in the very small pool, but the relatives had one at their home which made up for it. I also found out upon checkout that if I would have booked directly through Comfort Inn, I would have saved $80 from what I paid at [...].

Fine stay at the TownePlace Suites

I stayed at this TownePlace for a week-long business trip. It had been recently renovated and the price was definitely right. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. My room was large and clean. Wish the TV had been larger than 19" and that the mattress had been more firm. This property is a little difficult to find if you aren't familiar with the area. It sits behind a Residence Inn and is surrounded by apartment complexes. This is a fine extended-stay option if you are doing business in the Legacy, North Plano or Frisco area. Unfortunately, there aren't a whole lot of dining options nearby and that includes delivery options. You definitely need a car to get around, but there are excellent, if pricey, dining options about 2 miles away.

It is hard to rate staff it was one extreme to the other. Some were outstanding the others plain rude. The outstanding staff will pat them selves on the back the others will blow this off as they did me the customer. The hotel it self was great, enjoyed the theater.

Staybridge Plano could not be better located if you are working in N Dallas, Plano, Richardson area. It is walking distance to several restaurants, a Central Market and several businesses. As a Real Estate agent, I enjoyed being within two blocks of a leading real estate school for CEU's.
The facility is quite nice but the exercise facility needed some attention. TV's had some issues as well. Otherwise this is a great value at a great location just off George Bush Tollway and North Dallas Tollway near US75 Central Exprwy.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was average, but very nice, clean. Our king size bed was super comfortable, slept really good. We were close to what we wanted to do which was go to the championship football game in Frisco. Shopping not to far from where we stayed which made it nice. The staff very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. The food in the hotel bistro was ok, great for the times you didn't want to leave to go out, so we enjoyed that option.

This is a good place for a night away from home. It's nothing fancy, of course. But good enough for my boyfriend and me. It was a nice, quiet night. Bathroom was very clean. Good kitchen for a small meal. Other guests didn't start making noise until about 8-9am, which is when we left to check out.

I rented 2 rooms for my daughters 16th birthday! The teens loved the ultra modern feel of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was not rude but not overall enthused to help me either. Make sure you ask before booking a room if their is anyone renting the facility because the night we were there, the restaurant, pool area and more were closed due to a private party so that was a bummer. As far as I know they do not have double beds but instead had twin beds. This worked fine but hold less people than two doubles so its something to be aware of. They have free wifi, water and coffee in the room. Overall, we are glad we stayed there and my daughter loved the experience!

The room was nice. The bed was great, very comfortable. We did not eat at the restaurant but did have some wine. Very trendy. Only complaint is the hotel is a bit loud and the walls are thin but I would stay again.

The experience was very positive. The room was large, clean and furnished well. Access from the highway was good, once you knew the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was right. My only compaint was that the bed was too hard, but since I was asleep most of the time I was on it, I really can't compain too much.

The hotel is convenient to the medical center, shopping, eating places, if you have a car; The staff was nice, but I had no interaction other than check in and out. Satisfactory cleanliness. For the inexpensive price I had no expectations of a plush, upscale facility, so I wasn't disappointed.

This was a business trip. I am a Priority Club member(PGM) and when I asked about the PCM bags with water I was told they didn't provide those. After excercising I needed water and when I asked if I could have a bottle of water, I was told I could purchase one. It was not a pleasant or hospitable experience. I did not have a shower cap. My room was right by the elevator (very noisy).

The only drawback to the hotel is that there are no eating places nearby. The little store is well stocked and the staff was great. Lighting could be improved upon. My only complaint was the moldy bathroom ceiling.

This place was not that great. The room smelled like stale feet and smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There was a spider crawling in the bed!! I immediately jumped up and slept on the couch (which was quite painful by the way). The front desk girl was young and had a snippy attitude. It's safe to say I won't be back!!!

Over 30 minutes to check in [...]. Two people in line before us, 15 min for the first; 10 for the second. Finally, our turn. Another 10 min then the manager went to inspect the room (not ready) reassigned another room.Room was bare minimum, thin towels, one (.5 oz) coffee packet. Soap sized for one (and ONLY one) shower. No shampoo or other amenities.
