Poor maintenance/rude staff!

I checked in to this particular hotel primarily because it is closest to my father in Mercedes. Once I checked in I knew this wasn't going to be the hotel for me. They had given me the wrong room...I had requested 1 bed, instead, I get 2. I ask the young man at the front desk to change it and he says everything is taken, all that is left are the 2 bed rooms. There I was upset because I had reserved a specific room and they did not have what I requested. Next, I inspected the room and found my bedsheets stained; the furniture scratched up; the drawers nearly falling apart; lime/calcium build up on the shower/shower head and the sink faucets. The faucet in the sink had peeled and only the adhesive material remained...it looked as if someone was replacing sheet rock on top of the sink...there was white dust surrounding it and chips from the faucet in the sink. 30 minutes after checking in I checked out and was forced to look elsewhere, last minute, for accommodations. Will never book this hotel again!
