Whenever we come into Laredo, we stay at the Bob Bullock La Quinta. It is convenient to the airport as well as convenient to my partner's family.

I booked this hotel because it had high ratings on and I was not disappointed! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I upgraded the reservation to the one bedroom suite at a rate of $129 that came out to be $140 after taxes and a 5% online promo code discount. The hotel rate was more than most in the area but it was worth it. I had a couple of drinks at the bar and breakfast in the hotel´s dining area the following morning and everything was perfect. The staff was more than helpful in all aspects. My pickup truck was loaded down with tons of stuff and the bell hop was very helpful unloading and loading my gear the following morning for a trip to Mexico City. I parked my truck in the hotel´s secured parking garage and I only unloaded the most valuable items from my truck and left the rest in the back and it was all there the following morning. What more can I say!!!

In the lobby/lounge area the modern sheek decor made the atmosphere enjoyable and relaxing. Each booth was equipt with it's own tv and remote, staff was friendly and fast service on food and drinks. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, I had a great night's sleep and look foward to staying again on my next trip

I came for a couple of days for a working trip to my company's branch location. The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of work area to spread out and get my paperwork done, and even enough room to have someone join me for work. The breakfast bar was good enough.

The air condiioned was on when arrived al 11 p.m. so the room was extremely cold. We called for someone to fix but it didn´t work, and the man turned it off. We were out all of the next day and we didn´t even tried to turn it on in order to avoid having a second night in a cold room. But anyway, the hotel is good.

For my purposes this location suited my needs almost perectly. I was surprised to know that they had a complimentary dinner, on the night I was there, as well as breakfast for their guest. The room was very ample and served my every need very well. I did however find their workout room lacking. Overall though, the location staff and other amenities were very satisfying.

No hassle with the staff and they were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and rooms were very quiet. The main highway is very close with allows easy access to the rest of Laredo. I'll be staying here everytime I visit.

Travelling on business. Easy and convenient location: not far from airport but close to shopping and food. Hotel was undergoing some repairs while I was there, so the lobby was in a bit of disrepair, but my room was nicely redone and clean. My only complaint is that I went into the dining area to use wi-fi, and it was very dirty. I also wasn't aware that the only wifi available was in the lobby/dining area. Internet in the room is only available wired.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly service, shuttle to airport and back, I had waffles in the morning with my coffee, located next to the mall which turned out to be nice. Also walking distance to a dining areas, super kmart and other shopping. I'll stay again next time I'm in town.

My husband and I traveled to Laredo on Business. Everyone was very helpful and friendly- The hotel offered a greate breakfasy with pancakes, cereal, eggs, meat, muffins, toast and cinnamon rolls! And during the day the have freshly made cookies for all the guests. The hotel was very quiet and had no issues during our stay.

I stayed at this hotel since Hampton Inn was booked and it all i can say is BEWARE! When you walk into the lobby, it smells old. The room smelled old and with smoke even though I requested non-smoking, I had to spray body spray. The air conditioner did not work. We did not cover ourselves because it was very humid. Vending machines were all sold out, ice machine did not work, breakfast was running out by 9 and it stopped at 10:30am. Pool was dissapointing, nothing like the pictures. A waste of $100.

Springhill Suites Laredo was a clean hotel with helpful staff. I like the room with a couch, desk, and some table space. The beds had new clean linens and the room was clean except for the bathroom floor which had some dead insects (better than alive!). However, I kept hearing people talking and later snoring in the adjacent room.

The hotel is centrally located and within a 15 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were clean and amenities equally impressive. I would definitely stay there again.

Well, I didn't get my wake up call and jumped into shower to rush to get ready in half the time I would have ordinarily taken. Then I discovered there was no hair dryer. I have long hair that takes a while to dry. I put some clothes on, ran downstairs--oh yeah no one picked up at the front desk when I called--was going to rush out to buy a dryer when I saw the lady from the front desk cleaning a window in the lobby and asked here for a dryer--she said sure. Saved. Short story-I made record time and got to my appt only 5 minutes late! Otherwise, everything was all right...

The cost was a little on the high side. Another couple that reserved directly with the Hotel actually paid less than I did through Orbitz even though the Orbitz price was the lowest advertised. The A/C was loud and kept cycling off and on.
Breakfast was good and had a variety of items to select from.

We had the opportunity to grill, by the pool. I liked that the room was spacious and the small kitchen was a nice surprise. The only thing I would have enjoyed more is if the pool was heated, overall the comfort was ideal.

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.

this hotel was a very nice hotel to stay at we will deafently stay there again. of course they charged us $7.00 for linen service I think for exchange of towels which we never got and we only stayed 5 days monday night till saturday morning we left about 7:00 saturday morning so we actualy got charged for an extra day we weren't there that I don't like at all.

If you JUST need a place to lay your head stay here but if you plan on anything more, even a little more than stay at another hotel.
There wasn't a remote in my room.
The bathroom was uncomfortable and the shower can barley fit an average adult.
There is no microwave in the room or the lobby.
So, like I said stay here if you JUST need to sleep and nothing more.

Bad odor in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, they are clean and well kept. The only problem was when we walked in the room; there was a horrible smell that we were not able to locate. Lucky for us we had an air freshener in our car and after leaving the door open for a couple of minutes and with the help of the air freshener, we had a wonderful night sleep. Also even do I had made the reservation for 3 adults there were only one towel. I called the front desk and the next day they provided me with more towels. Overall it was a good stay.
