This place was nice. I loved the beds, they were so comfortable! Has a no smoking policy for all the rooms, so it was a good match. The wireless internet sucked, I didn't even get 1 megabit out of it, my phone was actually faster. I never had a chance to check up on it though. They also have a policy of not changing your linens unless you leave a plastic card on the bed. We never had to ask to have our room cleaned even when we left late in the day. By the time we got back it was always clean and nice. It is kindof far from anything though. It was about 20 MIN to the zoo and downtown.

We stayed for one night so we wouldn't have to drive home after a night out on the town. The beds were comfy which was great. Valet is high ($22) but other than that great experience.

We didn't plan on staying in sundance square buy it was our anniversary aVerse had an overnight babysitter so why not? Very last minute and we got a great
deal. The Sheriton staff was very helpful and even offered to shuttle us to Petes Piano Bar at 10:30pm. 2nd time staying there and though this time was
a quick visit, I still enjoyed it.

This is a great spot to stay if you are looking to be close to Sundance Square. It's walking distance to all the restaurants & shopping. Not walking distance to the Stockyards though.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great view from the 13th floor :)

If you have a heavy suitcase, as I did, you'll want to request a first-floor room--there's no elevator. The breakfast is worth skipping, although they do have the typical waffles--nothing healthy but bran flakes--no fruit or yogurt, and really awful coffee, sadly. If you don't love bugs, this is not the hotel for you--I had to pick up three dead ones and squash and dispose of four live crickets and roaches just on arrival, and found several more when I got up in the night. Didn't sleep too much after that, though the bed was reasonable comfortable--icky images of jumpy crickets landing on my face kept me awake! Other than bugs, breakfast and backbreaking stairs, it's average...

The front desk personel very very helpful. We were given a room that the a/c unit seemed like it hadn't ever been cleaned. It reeked. Now their recovery was good they gave us a non-smoking room very quickly. The beds were nothing to get excited about. When it comes to breakfast, there wasn't much. My highlight was the waffle that i made myself.

Our room was quiet and clean. We attended a marriage seminar while staying at the hotel. The room was always clean upon our return from the seminar. We would definitely come back to this hotel. The only negative issue we found as the bathtub spout. It had an excessive amount of caulking.

The overall experience at this hotel was good; but there were two initial problems. One, air conditioner did not work properly and there was no hot water in the shower. Both of these problems were corrected by the time I returned from my first meeting.

We spent the night to be closer in town as I as having surgery. The room was clean enough the bed was freshly made and had lots of pillows. The shower/toilet area was tight I'll never understand why they make these rooms so small! Takes some room from the closet and move the vanity down and make the toilet area larger.
The heat in the room didn't work well. It took forever to even think about warming up and then I still had to wear a jacket. Once we went to bed we finally got warm.
All and all the staff was friendly. That old saying you get what you paid for applies here. Overall a nice to stay, but I wouldn't stay for a prolonged period of time.

Hotel is close to freeway and really noisy in the room.
Room is stuffy and towel/linen/bathroom is not as clean as other motel chains. No shampoo provided. Complimentary breakfast is very basic.
Definitely do not recommend for long stay.

The place was good for the price and the rooms looked very fancy but the bathrooms were smelly and on the last day we stayed it rained and it seemed like the window was open because the curtain that covered the window got reallywet and the room got really cold. We only went shopping and visited the park it was really big and pretty!!!

This particular hotel is not in the Stockyards. It is 10minutes north of the stockyards. The entire hotel smells like cigaretts. The staff speaks poor English. The brakfast consisted of some coffee, juice, and 2 choices of cereal with a toaster and bread available. There is not any ice or vending machines. This is more like staying at a super 8 and should be a $30-$40 value.

There was no maid service. Breakffast was cold and mile and orange juice was warm and left in open containers. The internet service did not work either...by and large...very poor.

I took my wife, 2 year old daughter and 4 year old son. We visited nearby family. This is very accessible off the highway, and near grocery, restaurants, et al. Hotel has putting green in good shape and indoor pool perfect for little ones. The "bistro" is pricey for meals (3.75 for cereal!), but there is a lot on Bryant Irvin. And the staff must be required to smile and speak when someone walks by--but doesn't come across as fake. Courteous and helpful staff

We went to Ft Worth to explore the Stockyards. This hotel was not at all close, but the room was spectacular. It was really a suite with huge flat screen TV, sectional sofa, wet bar and more. We will be back!

Fairly new hotel. Room nice. Bed a bit uncomfortable initially. No elevator--not a problem for us as we travelled light but might be for two or three nights stay or a family. Quiet but very convenient to downtown Fort Worth, university, cultural area and zoo.

I spent two nights at the Marriott at Champions Circle. Every encounter with the front desk was superb. The room was clean and lots of electric plugs. Would have liked to have had a shower cap along with the soap and towels. I spoke with the maid the first day and asked her to leave one bed alone entirely, put clean sheets on the second bed and take away the roll away bed. Tried to get her to walk down the hall to look at my room because you never know if they understand English. She said she understood and didn't want to look. Fine! I return in the evening to two beds that have been completely made and the roll away still there. 11 pm was too late to ask the front desk to remove it. The hotel is superior except for housekeeping and it wasn't because the room wasn't clean because it was very very clean. Had breakfast at the hotel on Sunday and the food was great as well as the service.

We've stayed at the Doral Tesoro Hotel on two different trips. Both stays were completely enjoyable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds are immaculate. On our first trip to this hotel, we walked around the grounds and were thoroughly impressed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying at the Doral during our next trip to the area.

Much better than last stay at 3-star hotel through [...]. Last place was filled with flies. Seems there is quite a difference between a 4-star (this hotel)and a 3-star (last trip-different hotel) hotel rating. Learned the hard way, but much better at this place. Dining in the hotel is quite expensive, but service was great.

Nice hotel for the price. Nothing fancy, but really nice! The hotel staff/owner was very, very nice and accommodating. Free Shuttle service was a great perk to and frm the airport!

Right in the middle of the Historic Stockyards and was easy to navigate to local restaurants and bars. The rooms were nice, the staff was courteous, and the free breakfast was great.

I had a new clerk checking me in. He charged me for the room again. It was fixed later. Room was OK. The location was perfect to get to. Very close to downtown. I went to FW to meet a friend and went downtown. Had a great time at the Stockyards.

Option for budget minded north of Fort Worth

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay for one night while in Fort Worth that was relatively close to the Stock Yards and Billy Bob's and that was relatively inexpensive. This place fit the bill. It was right off I-35 and was within 10 minutes of the stockyards. The location didn't feel like it was in a bad neighborhood and there were a couple of eating options right outside the hotel (subway and mcdonalds). The room was fairly large although outdated. Breakfast was lacking (cereal and waffles) but parking was free. The fitness center basically just had a treadmill and a bike in it. Overall a good choice if you need a place to stay for a quick stop in the Fort Worth area

LOCATION: There was ample parking. The hotel is located right off of I-35 with easy access to I-30 as well. The hotel is quiet even with the close proximity to the Interstate.
FOOD: serves a great free breakfast. Waffles, biscuits, sausage and gravy, coffee, cereal, bagels, etc etc. No eggs or bacon but otherwise good.
ROOM: This was a clean and quiet room. AC was cold and the TV had the usual channels. The bathroom was very clean and had the usual free stuff.
I plan on staying here next time I am in Ft. Worth.
