I stayed at this hotel both going and coming home from a trip. Going we had a issue with the first room assigned. Staff quickly resolved the problem.
Coming home late at night and alone (single woman) they picked me up at airport quickly and put me in a lovely, secure room. Great staff!

The hotel is very clean, friendly staff. The rooms are very small. If you are just needing a place to stay with no frills this is the right place. It is right next to the airport. Breakfast was very good. You had a variety of warm food. From eggs, bacon, hash brown, potatoes, and waffles. A variety of other choices for food. Free internet that worked great. The only downfall I have for this hotel is how late the pool stays open. It is open until midnight. We had a room that faced the pool and one night there was a party with kids screaming until after 11pm. That was the only down fall to the hotel experience.

The room was OK, nothing special and nothing horrible. I was traveling by myself so it was very reasonable as 1 guest, I would recommend spending a little extra if traveling with family.

Basically, my experience was fine. The only problems I had were being given key cards would not open the door to my room and given key cards that would not open my door after about 24 hours. It's really inconvenient when after wheeling several pieces of luggage you realize your keys don't work. Also I thought the pastries offered at the morning buffet were stale. Otherwise, I thought customer service was friendly and excellent. I did not give the motel 5 stars, however, because the motel, I think, needed to be renovated to compete with others which billed themselves as 5 stars.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Welcomed us. Helped us with directions, places to go, etc.
There was a problem with the heat on the last night. They came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn't they gave us a space heater, which was fine.
Would definitely stay there again.

The room was comfortable, the TV could have been better, it worked but not a flat screen and seemed a little old. Amenities were nice and it was very clean
