We were in town for a family event. The hotel has been remodeled since the last time we were there. We were in the newest part cuz it was clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. Amazing that in this day and age a hotel of this quality would still have a 27 inch TV. We weren't in the room for long, just to shower and sleep, so it wasn't that important. The price was excellant, so all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Was in el paso visiting my wife's family that didn't make it out to the wedding. The ramada was recommended through orbits & it turned out to be a good choice for our stay. It had easy access ti the freeway & most major streets that we needed access to. There is a motorcycle dealership next door & a theem restaurant on the opposite side if it. Didn't care for the restaurant but it was good that there where plenty of other choices within a 5 min drive. Not our style of restaurants but not bad. Over all the hotel itself was very enjoyable

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, the rooms are quite dated, the furniture is shabby and the maid service is poor. This is a not a three star hotel.

Last moment booking turned into a great experience. Great atmosphere and relaxing surroundings. Truely enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and jaccuzzi after work. Room was very comfy and had a great view overlooking the atrium, garden fountain and pool area. Liked so much stayed extra night!

It was a nice hotel!!, the only thing is that the walls are so thin that you can hear sometimes laughs of the other room and the tv is a too old model.
The breakfast is very good and has variety ;). I really recommend this hotel it´s a nice place to stay and go shopping at el paso.

If you are looking for somewhere safe and clean in a central location, then this is the place. It is a "no frills" hotel. The services were average, nothing more, nothing less. No complaints. I booked this hotel because of a tight budget and I got what I paid for. There is no business center and no computer for public use. There is Wi-Fi but I did not take my laptop so I cannot comment on that particular service. If was to use this hotel again I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. I was on the front directly facing the freeway and the traffic noise all night made it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast was ok. I would use this hotel again.

Black foot prints in the bottom of the tub left from previous customers, clean but damp towels, found out from the desk that there really is no cable and he has no intention to adding it. The owner just tells everyone he has cable but it's just being worked on, Has a musty moldy smell in the hallways. Elevator moves without buttons being pushed and has a loud bang sometimes when going up or down. Scared the hell out of me the first time I rode in it and that happened. If you want a cheap place to stay for only a night maybe two then this is the place. But then again what I had seen its still way over priced. 20.00 a night would have been a fair price.

The hotel was okay. Nothing great. But the bathroom wasn't clean and didn't have any locks. The heater in the room didn't work either.

VERY BAD LEAK

HAD ONE PERSON ON STAFF, CALLED FRONT DESK FOR PILLOWS AND EXTRA TOWELS TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET THEM. THEN LATER THAT NIGHT IT STARTED RAINING, AND OUR CEILING HAD A MAJOR LEAK. COULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO TAKE CARE OF BECAUSE AGAIN THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING.

Unbeatable location for the price

Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility and rooms. Was close to malls and a variety of resturants. Plus had a small but good exercise room.
