Needed a room for medical trip. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. $8 charge to park but with a $125 room price it was a good deal. Happy hour and breakfast included in price. Recommend.

Impressed with style,comfort and cleanliness of hotel. Missed microwave. Had to hunt for hairdrier. Ran out of toilet paper. The first two night were very quiet. Third night a lot of door banging. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked more shopping close by. With limited knowledge of area could not find shopping near by.

A friend and I were in town for one evening and wanted to stay at a nice hotel. Our experience at the Renaissance was very nice. We were greated warmly by the receptionist, helped find a place to eat by the concierge and had a very comfortable room. I look forward to staying at the Renaissance again.

Good experience, the people there were always helpful and friendly. Close to a lot of sightseeing in Dallas area. I did think the Room Service menu was a little high priced. But we did have a great time there.

My wife got a nice deal to spend the weekend in this place. Nice hotel and the bedroom is big enough. The bathroom is not amazing but has what you need. The carpet and the bathroom floor felt sticky, wasn't spotless clean, but decent. Besides that, we had nice time, is close almost to everything, short drive to the zoo, dining places etc. We are thinking to come back soon and even to spend more days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't know, but people in Dallas is really nice, kind and you can feel good vibe whatever you are. Be prepared to pay $17 on parking per day.

The hotel was close to Uptown where I was working so it became very convenient. But, it is right located right on the 75 fwy so there was a noise factor. The room was clean and comfortable but the rooms were laid out like a motel with the room door opening right onto the parking lot. All in all, it served my needs as I was in town for business but it was not a place I would have wanted to hang out. Having said that, I would stay there again.

My husband and I live in Dallas and did a little staycation for a night and had a wonderful time! The hotel decor is trendy and hip and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge/bar area was not the most exciting, because only a few people were there, but overall we had a great experience. We will definitely go back!

I stayed there 2 nights, the food was good the staff were very knowledgeable about the city. Other than the great mall accross the street there wasnt much else around. I enjoyed my stay overall and yes I reccomend this to travelers seeking a peaceful stay.

Hotel is poorly laid out and you will pay $10.00 per day to park. The floors are not sound proofed so it sometimes gets noisy depending on who is above you.
Conversely the rooms are very nice, great value and the STAFF are wonderful. This is what takes this from a weak 3 to a strong four stars

After a long day of house hunting, the staff greeted us like we were the most important people at the hotel. Once we checked in, they walked us to the elevator and pushed our button and when the doors open they stepped in and set the elevator for our floor. Each time we left or came back, we felt like they were here just for us. Thanks to the entire staff. :)

Very good experience at Hotel Indigo. My first meeting was cancelled so I got to the hotel a couple of hours early and my room was ready! Staff was very efficient. Room was nice. On the small side but fine for just me. Decor was vibrant, fresh and felt new. Free internet connection was a real plus. A previous reviewer mentioned the thin walls and this was, unfortunately true. Fortunately the room next to mine was occupied by some very quiet folks.
Towels, soaps, linens, pillows were all first-rate. Air conditioning was efficient and relatively quiet. I had a room with a 'park view' which was very nice. Valet was spot-on 3 of 4 times (the first time I waited almost 20 min. After that I called ahead and had no problem) I enjoyed an evening beverage at the bar, made professionally by Patrick. The immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy but overall the location is great-close to restaurants, museums, etc. I used the gym (twice!) and it was very clean with new equipment, including 4 cardio machines, free weights, yoga mats, medicine balls, ice water, etc.
I would stay here again.

This was a nice hotel for us, traveling for the weekend for an event in Dallas. We chose this location over a hotel around DFW because it was only 15 minutes away from downtown Dallas, and there was a also a Whole Foods <10 minutes away. We bought groceries and kept them in the fridge at the room. The room was comfortable for my wife and I to work all day Friday from the hotel room, and the rooms seemed to have had a recent remodel. As other travelers have noted, the area around the hotel is nothing special, but not as bad as others have described. It's a semi-industrial area and nothing special, but for the price and location being 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, it was great for us. My only complaint was that we were in the back of the hotel (Room 205) and there are train tracks right behind the hotel. I was worried about hearing noise from planes landing at Love Field, which ended up not being so much of an issues, but we kept hearing train horns late into the night.

The first night was good very comfortable after a long drive! 2nd night had some ants all over the night stand n they were starting to climb the bed! Asked for a different room gave us one no problem but the ac was broken kept turning off n on didn't cool the room when out and got back kids were asleep so didn't feel like asking for another one to move all our things and the kids! But other than that was ok. staff was very nice.

Very nice hotel for the price. Nothing bad that I could say about it. Nothing too fancy though but for what I paid, it was perfect. Also, I didn't use it but there is a very nice and well-kept pool that is gated and private so you can't see it from the road.

We needed a one night stay before our early flight and a place to leave our car for the 3 days we were gone. We'll do it again. Only problem was the shuttle to Love Field. Didn't show at 6:30am. We waited and finally had to take other transport. (Cab) All worked out though...Thanks

Great location, good beds, weird staff

The room was clean, though the carpet was severely stained.
One of the ladies at the front desk was very odd and very rude. She told my beautiful, 69 year old mother, "Your clothes are so cute, you'd never know you are 80 years old." She didn't seem to be kidding, just very weird. The same front lady gave me horrendous directions that I fortunately knew enough not to follow.
Overall, I'd stay here again.

The ladies and gentlemen who work at the Ritz have the most insightful attitude. They are all there to make your visit the best ever. The spa was beautiful, tranquil and so relaxing. Staying on the club level is fantastic .. great drinks and wonderful snacks .The business model at the Ritz is all about catering to the guests. The rooms are are perfectly clean and if you find fault it will be quickly addressed. Honestly what else could anyone ask for? It was the best day of my life.

Based on the different HIE's that I've stayed at, this hotel based on amenities, being remodeled, etc rates very high among this past stays. Location for entertainment and fine food is not closed,,but if you have a car it's no issues. The hotel is also one of the few that offer an extensive shuttle service, which had I been aware of, I would not have rented a car.

The hotel i think is good value. Some cons are that there is no safe in the room and it small and in Texas I would have expected bigger since realestate is not as tight as a major city in the northeast. Pool is rather small. We were traveling with an infant and had difficulty getting a fridge to store milk in our first night. For those with small children they have one high chair for the breakfast buffet. Clearly unacceptable for a hotel this large. we kept our daughter in her stroller.
Bed is very comfortable, water pressure is adequate, TV is flat screen, and breakfast buffet is included. You can definitely eat enough to fill you to skip lunch. Great potatoes.

On the day that i was checking out my party and I were running kinda late and called down to the front desk to request a late check out. I was informed that the hotel did not offer a late check out and that we would have to be out on time. This is the first time that I have ever been denied a late check out at a hotel and it was very inconvenient.

Does not look like hotel, rather a renovated apartment complex. Not in best area. Room was great value for the money though; comfy bed, full kitchen, but property is old and looks it. Called about issue with tv in room that was never fixed. Pool area is small too, only four feet.

Location was off-putting. We booked a single and were assigned to building 11 in the secluded rear of the property. My husband and I feared for our safety. We saw other guests who looked like they lived at the property like a low-cost apt. There was a bad smell to our room and the sofabed couch was uncomfortable. We didn't want to take off our shoes or cook anything in the kitchen. The site is far from shops and restaurants, but close to the hwy. instead of staying for 3 days, we left after a few hrs and chose another place to stay. Beware and be careful.

Don't use a debit card, you will get charged $50 extra as form of deposit for accidentals and then you will have to wait to get it back and it can take forever.

We did not visit the pool or the fitness center. We were there to visit friends. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Hot breakfast was very good! This hotel is well-situated in Dallas (not downtown and not too far south, but you can get anywhere easily from there).

Nice room--However, had problems with the air in first room.Clerk would not give me a receipt showing I checked out of the room or balance paid. She said they did not give receipts when the room is booked online. However, this is my second time I staying in this hotel and I received a receipt the first time. (very low ceiling in hall--I'm 5'4)
