I had two issues with my stay.
A. The shower did not work. I took a bath instead but would have rather taken a shower instead.
B. WiFi was horrible. The connection and speed was almost useless.
Good things
A. The room and bathroom were immaculate and very clean.
B. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is not very convenient as it is on a service road. There was sufficient parking slots. The room was reasonably clean and odorfree with all required furniture, ironing board and coffee maker etc. We experienced some problems with the door lock/key, which they said could be repaired only after the weekend. The breakfast was just the bare minimum, and required constant requests for refills/top-ups. Average on the whole.

While traveling cross country my family & I decided to stop about 11:30 at night. We made our reservations and received wonderful service. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but it was all pretty clean overall. Worked great for us we had a good night's sleep and were on our way. Wonderful if you are looking for a place to crash in Dallas.

This place is good if you don't care what it looks like. I mean the place is good for how little you pay. But you definitely get what you pay for. So don't expect so much for how little you pay for the place.

We went for a week end get away. The ac didn't work well. There were tiny little bugs all over the room. When you check in there is a sign that says no refunds after 5 minutes. So by the time you get to your room and realize it stinks. It's too lard to do anything about it. Was woken by neighbors in the morning and people getting ice all night. Would not recommend on any level.

I was questioning even checking into this hotel and let me tell you I made a mistake the second I pulled into the parking lot. [...] Shortly after 2am I imagine it was last call at the local bar. I was woken up by a ungodly loud motorcycle revving his engine just outside my door, he was doing a burnout I noticed a large abount of rubber in his parking stall the next morning. After the motorcyce was turned off it was followed by extremely loud profanity and hollering and antiganising. At this point I feared for my life and regretted not bringing a gun with me on my trip. When the biker finally shut up I heard a loud slamming noise and I was sure it was my door flying open sure enough it was the room next to mine, just so happened to be his room. He didnt shut up the entire night, I got no sleep and im sure was less than presentable for my interview the following morning. Id hate for everyone to think im just a dramatic cry baby, to prevent that id like to say I survived the war in Iraq twice with mutipule attacks on my life. My vehicle in Iraq was personally hit by 6 roadside bombs. I also am not predjice against bikes because I am a biker. unlike this guy I donot get wasted and hop on my motorcycle though.

The hotel is located in a terrible side of the city. It's surrounded by strip clubs and of course all that goes along with those types of businesses. The room was filthy, it smelled bad, and the carpet was so filthy and sticky that I couldn't even walk around in socks. I had to wear shoes! The front door was dirty and didn't work properly. The drapes were torn as well. When I booked the room, the description clearly stated 2 queen size beds. The beds were NOT queen size, they were full. While it was fairly close to Medieval Times and Downtown Dallas I would have gladly paid more and driven further for better accomidations.

All I needed was a basic bed and shower - no frills. This was it. Easy to find, freeway close. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Great place for a small budget. Not a resort if you want to be pampered but a simple, comfortable place just to get some sleep if you are on the go.

It was a pretty decent place for the price. Could have been slightly nicer. They didn't have the AC on which made it stuffy. There were some ants in the bathroom. But over all a decent hotel and a nice sleep.

The night we arrived there were people everywhere outside the hotel, there were people smoking [...] down the hall in the hall, there were women outside soliciting themselves. The vending machines had candy, chips, condoms & etc. I will never ever stay or suggest this hotel again!

The Americas Best Value Inn was very hard to locate at night. Allmost everyone we ask for directions would literally ask for monie's. When we did find our way, we had no problem checking in. After we settled in our room we found no Microwave, Fridge, Iron, or Ironing Board. Also the bathroom door would not close and floor was very dirty as my wife's feet were very dirty when she took a shower.

My friend and I needed a cheap hotel close to a major freeway so that we could get around Dallas pretty easily. The staff were nice and worked with us at booking and check out. We arrived later than oriniginally planned and they didn't give us any grief. We were also allowed to extend our check out time by two hours at no extra cost so we were able to sleep in later. The rooms were clean and well stocked. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Dallas in August,

I never writd reviews, but I created an account just to warn you. Not quite sure why the previous reviewer enjoyed this place, but here's my experience. I booked this place because there was a deal on here. While driving down the street we passed 5 strip clubs in 2 minutes. There was a woman dressed so provocatively outside when we arrived, we should have asked for a refund immediately because I could tell she was up to no good. We got a non smoking room that smelt like smoke, the bed was hard and there was a blacklight in the room. I had my 9 month old with me and upon turning on the tv I was schocked to see adult movies on a regular channe, easily accesible for childrenl. Also, when.we went outside to smoke, mgmt told my fiancée and I to go around back because of the police, this had me wondering why. It all seemed very sketch. Definitely not a family place.

We were promised adjoining rooms, as there were three children. The motel does not have them. The manager was not helpful. Though we paid for two rooms, we could only use one. This was a problem.
The faciltiy caters to ladies of the evening. This did not, however, cause us problems.

I made a huge mistake booking a room for the weekend at this gem of a hotel. It was in a part of town surrounded by ADULT businesses (to put it nicely).
There were broken down abandoned cars parked in the lot, I know they were broken down because of the flat tires and trash that was inside and around them. The hallways were like walking inside a steam room. The ceiling inside the room still showed evidence of leaks in the form of pealing paint and drywall tape. On our second day after returning from a long day at Six Flags we entered the room to find the covers for the bed folded into a square and just laid on top of the bed. The lazy staff at this place didn't even make the beds when they attempted to clean the room. The only good part of our whole stay at this dump was being able to leave and never have to go back.

My stay at Motel 6 was not a pleasant experience. The room was dirty as well as the inside of the hotel hallways etc. The shower door was broken, window did not open, and there was a cricket inside of our room. When asked for additional towels I was questioned instead of a polite response. Always keep in mind that you get what you pay for, so please use the extra dollars to get something nicer and in a better neighborhood!

I worked most of the time and only spent time in the room briefly to sleep or relax for a minute. I wished there was a microwave and refrigerator. Since I got in late most of the time I had to eat on the run. So, I took my food to the room. Sometimes I need to heat my food or keep a drink cool without going all the way to the ice machine. I wouldn't say it was very bad. The room rates are great. I got my monies worth.

Good location to downtown Dallas.This estasblishment is not fancey but provides the basic ammenties. The staff was very cordial and the service was very good.
They went out of their way to accomadate our stay.
The price of the rooms was reasonble.They do provide a nice continental breakfast that was free. Otherwise you must eat out.(15 minute drive)

Stayed a couple days during Thanksgiving Holiday. The room was very clean and hotel was quiet. We needed an iron and was able to get one immediately. It was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was fine. It was just very hard to find. It is hide behind a car dealership.

Decent place, bare basics, does the job

Late night check in required a five minute wait for someone to open the front office. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Hotel can be hard to find (I showed up at the neighboring Motel 6 by mistake).
Again, it is bare basic hotel...but a good value if you just need to lay your head down and re-heat the take out from dinner earlier in the evening.

We stayed at this hotel leading up to the superbowl in North Texas. The hotel was comfortable and provided some kitchen essentials.

The best hotel that $55/night can buy!
Our nonsmoking rooms had strong smoke odor, but the front desk staff was very quick to spray deodorizer, which helped a lot. Had we checked-in earlier, we could have traded for other rooms.
Rooms were very clean otherwise. Lobby and parking lot were well-maintained.
It's not a fancy place, but you get a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and still have all car windows and tires intact in the morning. I'd stay here again.

The hotel smelled like a nursing home. The front entrance was clean but as soon as you turned the corner to get on the elevator right off you seen a dirty indoor pool. The building was very hot (the air wasn't on). Our room was on the 2nd floor and the hallway smelled like someone was doing drugs. We requested a two queen beds to our surprise they looked like twin beds. The bathroom was very very small. The carpet was nasty and when we requested a new room "we are booked" I wonder how when the parking lot is empty. Horrible experience at Motel 6.

The pillows were flat. The tv was small and old and a bit fuzzy. The fridge was beat up but worked just fine. Otherwise, just fine. The guy at the front desk was really nice. I would only stay here again if I really wanted the location for some reason.

I would describe this hotel as a 2 stars not 3 stars hotel. Cutting corners too much, no AC on hallways, breakfast shown on pic. totally not the case, instead a cold and limited continental selection.

The room was VERY sanitary, the staff was PLEASANT and HELPFUL, GREAT location near a main street. The ONLY PROBLEM was the breakfast offered to the staying/visiting guest.... danishes, bread, waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee (which was offered in the room also..), when i looked on the pictures on the website it gives a FALSE appearance of a HOT breakfast which would've been VERY MUCH APPRECIATED from an out of towner.
