It was an amazing hotel that i hope i get to try out again. i had such a wonderful time. awesome valet service when you arrive and such a impressive chandelier when you enter the lobby. everything was comfortable and perfect. the staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel special. the bar and resturaunt were amazing as well. the balcony in my room was so awesome i spent a large part of my night looking down onto the colorfully lit pool with dj watching people and hanging on the awesome couch on the patio. the big bathtub was a romantic extra and the king bed was so comfortable we fell right asleep. i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be spoiled.

The ladies and gentlemen who work at the Ritz have the most insightful attitude. They are all there to make your visit the best ever. The spa was beautiful, tranquil and so relaxing. Staying on the club level is fantastic .. great drinks and wonderful snacks .The business model at the Ritz is all about catering to the guests. The rooms are are perfectly clean and if you find fault it will be quickly addressed. Honestly what else could anyone ask for? It was the best day of my life.

Accomodations and Staff are excellent. Spa was very good but showing signs of aging.
Brunch on Sunday morning was the best.
Dinner was not up to expectations as prices were very high considering the menu was ordinary. Mark up on wine was 4X so wine was expensive. Wine should have been poured into a decanter.
Biggest disappointment was that the wait staff acted like it was a New York diner. Impersonal and service was too fast. We had the late seating so there should not have been any rush to turn the table.

This is a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. From the minute we got there we felt welcomed. Heather was great, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even recommended some places for us to go. This hotel is perfect in everyway. Will recommend to all my family and friends, and next time we are in the Dallas area, we are staying here. It doesn't get any better than this...

The hotel is old, but very clean, and I thought that was cool had a 40's feel to it, but with some style. I will definitely stay here again! Great staff, bar and wonderful lounge area plus several great restaurants just a few blocks away. I loved the loft idea of the rooms and the in-room coffee was surprisingly delicious. I travel a lot and thought this was an exceptional hotel for the price!

After a long day of house hunting, the staff greeted us like we were the most important people at the hotel. Once we checked in, they walked us to the elevator and pushed our button and when the doors open they stepped in and set the elevator for our floor. Each time we left or came back, we felt like they were here just for us. Thanks to the entire staff. :)

I suggest they have tub mats because I felt and hurt my face the first day while showering.

I was in Dallas for a trade show over the summer and decided to stay at the Belmont. The only unfortunate aspect about this hotel was the location- it's in a somewhat shady area but the hotel itself is nice and very unique. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind during my entire stay- especially the shuttle/valet staff. So perfect. Would recommend but don't expect to walk anywhere to go shopping- you'll need a lift to a better area.

The first night at the hotel we were beside a rather rambunxious party. My husband spoke with the hotel staff and explained we were staying there for our one year wedding anniversary and the noise level was a problem, especially for our romantic getaway. The staff quickly, and of thier own valition, bumped us up to a Junior Suite with a soak tub AND ensured there were no guests booked beside us. The next two nights were incredible! The room really felt like our own little home. The view was fabulous, and the decor was so "us". The staff was very attentive from the front desk clerk who recommended restaraunts and even gave us maps, to the valet attendents who were quick to check on our needs when we arrived. The only complaint was that we had to ask every night for a coffee service to be provided. The last night the coffee pot was left, but no cups, coffee or coffee ammenities were included. We had to go to the front to get coffee that last morning instead of enjoying it in our room. The kinks were easily overlooked because of the overall experience and treatment. The hotel really does make you feel like you are in your own little community. We look forward to going back soon!

We did not visit the pool or the fitness center. We were there to visit friends. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Hot breakfast was very good! This hotel is well-situated in Dallas (not downtown and not too far south, but you can get anywhere easily from there).

Room was clean and quiet. It had a full kitchen which we didn't use but a plus for some people. The free breakfast was not the greatest but adequate. It was easy to access right off the freeway. The freeway is a toll road so be aware. They will take a picture of your license and send you the bill later. Many restuarants within 2 miles on Belt Line Rd. Galleria mall also near by.

The hotel is close to Galleria and not too far from outlets mall. Room is comfortable. The only thing is the road in front of the hotel is under construction, so driving is not that convenient.

You can just go the French Room for one of the few 5 Star meals available, but don't miss out on the charm, opulence, and attention this hotel lavishes on its guests. We checked in Friday later afternoon and received excellent service. Our room was on the top floor and it was awesome. The beds are very comfortable and couldn't ask for a better nights sleep.
We asked about a place for dinner and reservations and car was ordered for us. They called and gave us the confirmation, however when we went out to where we were to picked up we were told our name was not on the list. We waited about 20 minutes while they scrambled to find us another ride. It seemed to go downhill from there. I would think that an upscale Hotel such as the W would provide at least complmentary coffee in the morning. Every time I turned around we were being charged for something extra.
The spa was wonderful, a must visit.
The pool area gorgeous, just wish they didn't close it at dusk it would be a perfect place to go and have a glass of wine away from the bar scene.
We will probably find a different hotel next year when we make our yearly trip to Texas.

It worked out great for us because we were going to a Dallas Stars game. It's also good to get a room so you can have access to GhostBar on a Saturday night. It's not cheap, but the location for a sporting event is good and the staff in GhostBar are great.

My husband and I live in Dallas and did a little staycation for a night and had a wonderful time! The hotel decor is trendy and hip and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge/bar area was not the most exciting, because only a few people were there, but overall we had a great experience. We will definitely go back!

I stayed there 2 nights, the food was good the staff were very knowledgeable about the city. Other than the great mall accross the street there wasnt much else around. I enjoyed my stay overall and yes I reccomend this to travelers seeking a peaceful stay.

Very good experience at Hotel Indigo. My first meeting was cancelled so I got to the hotel a couple of hours early and my room was ready! Staff was very efficient. Room was nice. On the small side but fine for just me. Decor was vibrant, fresh and felt new. Free internet connection was a real plus. A previous reviewer mentioned the thin walls and this was, unfortunately true. Fortunately the room next to mine was occupied by some very quiet folks.
Towels, soaps, linens, pillows were all first-rate. Air conditioning was efficient and relatively quiet. I had a room with a 'park view' which was very nice. Valet was spot-on 3 of 4 times (the first time I waited almost 20 min. After that I called ahead and had no problem) I enjoyed an evening beverage at the bar, made professionally by Patrick. The immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy but overall the location is great-close to restaurants, museums, etc. I used the gym (twice!) and it was very clean with new equipment, including 4 cardio machines, free weights, yoga mats, medicine balls, ice water, etc.
I would stay here again.

I received a bill under the door the next morning. I had shown the desk my confirmed, paid reservation when I checked in. So I was surprised to get a bill. The lady at the front desk said she would straighten out the problem. I stated that the gentleman at the front desk didn't bother to look at my reservation or ask for ID. The lady said she would talk to the man.
Stephanie, hostess for the evening hour, was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting with her and enjoyed the refreshments she served.

This hotel was easy to access from 635. The parking was not the best.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selections were very good and there was a large assortment of foods to choose.
The entire hotel is non-smoking, which was extremely important to us.
The mattresses were a little bit too firm to our liking.

Fairmont Dallas was perfect for us!!

We had a great trip to Dallas for the cowboys vs steelers game and the fairmont Dallas was perfect for us! We were able to walk to go out to eat and took a cab for the game and stadium tour. The hotel had a cab in. Less than a minute every time we needed one! It was absolutely wonderful!
