I enjoyed my stay. The room was somewhat clean. The small things in the room was not clean; like: the coffee pot, the sink. etc. The staff was very friendly. The overall hotel was very clean. I think that the maid service just over looked the small things in the room. Will stay again.

I had to take a certification test the next day which was why I had to spend the night away from home. The hotel room wasnt bad only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the internet didnt work in the room and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I also didnt sleep that well because of people slamming doors most of the night. Also the breakfast wasnt that great I was looking forward to a waffle, but the batter was runny and tried to make two before I settled for a bagel. Overall it ok. Not horrible, but not great.

Went to a wedding in Texas and the hotel room was wonderful. The staff and service was very attentive and the rooms were spacious. A very enjoyable trip.

Friendly staff but too much road noise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but this hotel sits right on I-10, which is convenient - unless you want to listen to 18 wheelers drive by all night. It may not be as bad on the back side of the hotel.
I couldn't find the "Do Not Disturb Sign", but it's because I set my wallet on top of it. Don't make that mistake because housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 8:00 sharp!
They first put us in a smoking room, but cheerfully relocated us when I called the desk. They were very friendly, and it was super cheap.
Tip - request the side away from the highway and remember to put your DND card in the lock and it may be worth the discounted price.

This was a very nice motel. We have stayed in a 5 star hotel and that wasn't as clean, no hot water and the furniture broke during our stay, maids took our towels and no ice available. This motel was a dream.

The coffeepot supplied by this hotel was a one cup pot. When you have two people who can't start the day without at least 3 cups, this was totally unsatisfactory. Our room was never cleaned before after 2 p.m. and when you are retirement age and take naps to recover from a busy morning this is also unacceptable. The continental breakfast consisted of horrible donuts and fruit loops. They did have apple juice and orange juice but they were on the warm side. There was only one ice maker and it was on the bottom floor. The elevetator was extremely slow and I kept waiting for it to break between floors. The pillows on the bed were almost flat with no bounce in them. It was close to where we wanted to go but I would not stay there again no matter the cost.

This is a newer hotel and so the room is in fantastic shape and the place is extremely clean. The bed (the most important part of the stay) was very comfortable and made very nice. The internet was easy to get on. Rooms had refrig and microwave (I did not use). Lobby looks great.
However, the staff made the place feel cheap. I don't think I saw one smile. No one said "hello". I did not feel welcomed and they called me at 11:05 while I was packing to tell me that check-out was at 11AM (I had thought check-out was at 12noon like normal places). I think the staff needs lessons in courtesy.
But, I would stay here again because of the room. I just hope they realize the can make the experience better by actually welcoming their guest.

Hotel is new qnd the room was cleaned and well maintained. When I arrived the Manager of the hotel checked me in himself and made note that if I planned on staying there the next week he could beat [...] price. I said that my assignment was going to last several months and I could be a regular guest. When I went to check out I was going to book for next week and at that time he quoted a price of $50/night plus tax which is more than what I paid [...]. I asked him what about the "deal" he was going to cut me since I plan to be in the area a long time and He said he never offer such a proposal. [...] He is not a very wise business man and I was really upset that he lied when he said "he never offered a better deal [...]."
