I just got back from visiting and I had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, but if I could change one thing I wish they had more of a selection for the breakfast. That was the only negative thing but it wouldnt stop me from staying there again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years for our anniversary, and we love it! Free breakfast with nice variety, decent sized rooms, friendly staff, free parking, free wi-fi...we love it! It's not a resort, but it provides everything that we need. Our room was always very clean. The hotel needs some updating and a bigger pool would be nice, but we will continue to stay there. It is also right on the strip and minutes from everything!

we really enjoyed the stay here! cheap for a weekend get away. very close to everything. right in between Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. we had 2 rooms, one was an upgrade with a fireplace and jetted tub. very nice. staff was nice when we checked in. breakfast was really good. will definitely stay again!

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Clarion. It was very nice and very clean. We just wanted to get a way for the weekend and we just laid by the pool area most of the day. Which is (pool) also nice. It has a great swim area for kids and adults. i liked that it was close to lots of things to do but not on the main strip. There are plenty of close choice places to eat and shop.

This hotel was small but clean. It was also in a great location. Close to restaurants and attractions. This was one of the best, cheap hotels I've stayed at because it was clean and did not reek of smoke. The room i stayed in also had a refrigerator and a microwave. The heater and air worked well too. It did not keep me awake with excessive noise and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The only negative things I have to say are that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and the coffee was not good. So if you are looking for a cheap hotel for maybe a nice weekend trip to Pigeon Forge I would recommend this hotel. =)

We booked a room at this hotel and were told they had over-booked and were sent to a different hotel. From the outside, it looked nicer but once we had the room, it wasn't so great. The lady who we dealt with at the first hotel was wonderful. The girl who registered us at the new hotel acted like she was imposed upon to book us. The ice machine was broke. The bathroom was dirty. The TV remote was broke. The bed was made while we were gone and the linens didn't fit correctly. The maid used a top sheet as a bottom sheet and it kept coming off. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The room we initially booked had a microwave, coffee maker, etc. The Guest Inn, where they sent us, the rooms had none of this. The location was better for what we were doing and for the price the room was okay but I would not stay there again.

My husband and I went to pigeon forge to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We planned on laying by the pool during the heat of the day and seeing the sights at night...not. the pool was small and green with mold. oh well maybe stay in the room and relax...not. the air had 2 settings freeze or burn. the jacuzzi was missing the turn on and off knob and the front desk attendant had warned us not to fill it up cause the overflow wasn't hooked up. the microwave didn't work and the mini fridge froze evreything. the room had mold on the ceiling in several places and the carpet was sticky. looked nothing like the picture and the free breakfast was a box of doughnuts in the lobby. we will not be back to this hotel ever again. if you choose to stay here make sure you bring your own pillow i've seen bricks with more fluff.

The hotel was very nice & clean. There were not many paople staying there, so parking wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful (many selections to choose from) The Lobby was decorated very uptown for Christmas. It was beautiful. Our Grandson loved the indoor pool. Even though it rained a lot, we had a good time.

We found the hotel to be in a great location. It was close to everything. It was decorated nicely for the holiday and staff was very friendly. The suite was adequate but could use a little updating
The breakfast was great. Lois makes great omlets. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to friends.

service was good, the original room had a bad air conditioner, and only half the tvs in the hotel had hbo as they were supposed to. jacuzzi did not work and pool not heated...Second room was great. Rooms were clean. All in all worth the money paid, but definetly no extras, and the race track next door makes sleeping difficult.

We picked this hotel because of the pool. When we got there the pool has several places where the tiles was off the side of the pool. The hot tub was more like a luke warm bathtub and the last day it smelled like rotten eggs. We stayed 3 nights and when we checked in the hotel there was only one towel for 4 people. Then everyday we put the room service on the door to have our towels changed and they didn't come once. We had also requested a late check out and the housekeeping decided to walk in on us all changing when we were not supposed to be out yet. So they decided to come in prior to us leaving, but couldn't come clean/change towels when we were staying. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Also the breakfast was not hot. They only had muffins, donoughts, and fruit. No cereal or anything else. Which was also disappointing because the previews say there is a hot breakfast and I don't like doughnuts which was the majority of what they had.

On arrival was told that "[...]" had cancelled my reservations. I handed them my reciept that I printed out from [...]off my e-mail, and they called [...] and was hung up on once and lost contact once. Both hotel clerks did all they could to conferm my arrival. Finally they said ok, and that they would work it out. Not a good experance. Because of the mix up, we lost our room with two twin beds, and had to settle for a room with a Queen size bed. Not what we had wanted. The Motel it's self was good, it was the check-in that messed every thing up.

We were pleasantly surprised that the room was as nice as it was. It was small and did not have a microwave... it had in room coffee...it tasted horrible but, the room was clean, quiet and a very good deal for the money we spent.

If you are looking for a place to sleep that is in a good location then this is a good place for you.
It was an older place but clean and the staff was helpful. If you are looking for a place with entertainment then this is not the room for you.

The room was well equiped and well maintained, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The Hotel is located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge so it has easy access to everything. The staff was courtious and attentive. The only problem I encountereed was the noise level at bed time. All rooms are open entreance and face the parking lot/ pool area at 9Pm (bedtime for my 2 yr old) things were a little bit noisy, but his isn't something that could be helped. Overall a great experience. We will stay here again. Sidebar pools are heated +++, childs splash pool not heated --

We combined a visit to help our elderly family members with a long-needed personal vacation. This hotel room really made that possible. We could relax in the hot tub (a little dated) and rejuvinate in the pool before and after visits with family. The impressive kitchen unit helped us save money and the location was convenient.

Fun, short family getaway

We went for an overnight stay before our girls went back to school from winter break. They went to the indoor heated pool and loved it. We had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub in our room. Everything was really well taken care of. Check in was a breeze. We will definitely go back.

Convenient to the Pigeon Forge Trolley system, this hotel is also close to the Community Center, the Public Library, and the city park. Beautiful walking trails, the city ballpark, and Smokies Stadium are all nearby. Red Roof Pigeon Forge is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The motel is near a lot of shopping, restaurants, and there's so much you can do without having to drive! Very pleased with cleanliness and location of motel--would definitely stay there again

Hotel was clean and quiet. We stayed 1 night. Saw a few sights, went in to Gatlinburg.
The air wasn't as cold in the room as it should have been but it was comfortable.
