We had a great time - the resort is awesome! If you have any problems - ask...they will try their best to fix the problem. The bathrooms are a bit small but overall the room was very clean. Indoor pool rocks. THe room temperature was the only thing that was bad - couldn't regulate yourself - had to get the engineers to do it. They did try their best to make it right. The food is pricey but good. Room needed more outlets - odd for charging electronics. Lighting was weak too. iHome was nice touch - we jammed!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The only thing we did not like is the charge for self parking of $18.00. I don't see why or how they can charge for self parking. Otherwise, it is a great resort.

My first night was a room on the exterior of the hotel. It was noisy. I heard the air breaks of every bus that pulled in, room smelled musty, and there were bugs. (NOT bed bugs.) The next day, I talked to reception and they were able to upgrade me to a business class room on the interior of the hotel. This room smelled new and housekeeping was mush better than on the exterior rooms and it was quiet. A refrigerator would've been nice though.

Our overnight stay was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was perfect. Most impressive to me was the friendly and helpful staff. These folks exuded real enthusiasm for their work and made our stay delightful!

People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful Rooms were just what I would expect, lots of pillows which were nice. About a 10 minute fast walk to the Gaylord, little scary coming back at night in the dark. No shuttle from this hotel, but less expensive than the hotel next door which did seem to have a shuttle.

After reading other reviews on orbitz website regarding the hotels I had in mind, I made the decision to stay off ground of the grand-ole opry. The Holiday Inn Express was inexpensive yet one of the better hotels I've stayed at. It was a minimal distance to the grand-ole opry hotel - a can't miss excursion while in Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

The hotel was just average, just what you may expect from any other hotel.
The breakfast was a bit lame, since it only included a few types of bread and yogurt, and that's about it. No eggs or anything else.
The hotel food is a bit overpriced ( 9.99 for a cold turkey pretzel sandwich).
Overall, we didn't have any unpleasant experience, so I guess that's good.

The Hotel was a nice place, the staff was friendly and the rooms were incredible. When we went down for the continental breakfast it was hard finding clean dishes to put the food on. There were no vending machines and the food they sold was outrageously overpriced even for a Hotel near a tourist attraction.

Staff was extremely friendly. 3 pools - fantastic. Extra clean room, just needed a little update like the rest of facility. Great location. The General Jackson cruise was out of this world. Show was worth the wait and price. Just a short trip to downtown and all of its glory. Will go back with friends.

Visited Opryland Hotel, very beautiful indoor garden. The entire hotel and convention center is under a glass roof. Toured Cheekwood, a 30 acre estate with botanical gardens and mansion with art gallery, as well as path through the wooded sculpture garden and a glass bridge.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There were no problems with the rooms. Each condo had fully outfitted kitchen. The staff called several times to let guests know about upcoming entertainment or news of maintenance
occurrences that closed the hot tub at one of the 3 outdoor pools.

I went to Nashville to see a concert at the Ryman Auditorium, and also do the Discover Nashville Tour. When I was looking for a motel I found this one and it was cheap. It was also fairly nice. Its not the Hilton by any means, BUT for the price it was pretty nice. The room was just the right size for my friend and I to be comfortable in. This motel is also In the PERFECT location. Its about ten min from downtown Nashville so its close to everything!

Not enough pillows, no coffeepot, and few amenities. The pool seemed nice, the staff was nice. The room was older, but comfortable. TV worked fine, WiFi worked fine.

We where at CMA fest all day and the Econo lodge was perfect for what we needed. Although it is a motel style lodging and I always feel safer in a hotel but we had no problems.

We reserved late so that probably is part of the probem. The Dukes of Hazard convention was in town and they stayed next to us. Only problem, they were reving up the motor on their car at 10:30 at night right outside of our door and could not have been any closer. the next morning there was a crowd of people standing outside of our door at 7:00 talking loud.

The location was perfect for us,close to the Opry and the things that were most important to us.Driving to the downtown area was fast and the desk clerk gave exellent directions.The staff knew the area well and offered exellent suggestions of things to do.The room was spacious,clean and comfortable.The indoor pool was a little cool . Breakfast buffett was good ,plenty to eat.The live entertainment in the evening in the lounge was a big hit to finish our day. We'd go back there anytime.

A very clean, recently renovated/remodeled hotel with updated TV, fixtures, bathroom/shower. The room's only drawback was the single cup dispensing coffee maker, but the front desk freely gave extra setups. Staff was very friendly and professional; the clerk comped our shuttle ride to Opryland Hotel due to a mix-up in info. The only concern we had is that we left a light on and it was turned off when we came back to the room, obviously signifying that someone had been in the room while we were out of it. Hmmmm....

I had read the reviews before picking this hotel, so I knew what I was paying for. My stay was pleasant enough. Checking in and out went smoothly. My guest even arrived before I did, and was allowed to gain access to my room with just the confirmation code. No complaints from me; it definitely met the needs of my trip.

I was attending a conference at the Gaylord Opry Center. It was a 20 minute walk, several fast food restaurants along the way for breakfast. My only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, but my friends on an upper floor had great pressure. Who know why.

My friend and I were in Nashville for the Country Music Marathon. We were grateful to find a nice place to stay that was not expensive. This location was especially nice because we were 10 minutes away from where we needed to be. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better stay.

This was an okay place to stay for the money. It was nothing special but for the convience of going into nashville and onto the interstate made up for it. The staff was very friendly.
