The hotel was fine and my husband enjoyed the fresh cookies that were served at the hotel. Our room was on the back side of the hotel, which could use a little more lighting, but the desk clerks were very helpful, informative, and polite. The location of the hotel is fine, but the traffic can be a bear during rush hours trying to get to and from the main streets.

[...] it was a very quick and easy check in. The staff was very friendly and the rooms decent. Older hotel so nothing fancy and rooms were acceptably clean. The package was great for the price paid, with that being said, don't expect champagne on a beer budget. Overall was pleased with stay.

Pretty good overall. The hotel was quite with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. There is free wireless internet, and a pretty good breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area as well. The rooms were pretty small though, and they are not equipped with flat screen t.v.s.

Remodeling while we stayed

They placed us on the fourth floor without bothering to tell us that they were remodeling. We had to walk around carpet remnants and dust was everywhere. When we inquired about it, we were told our bill could not be adjusted because we had booked through Orbitz. So, basically we were penalized because we used the Orbitz service. I would not stay there again just because of that one factor.

The room was clean and neat when we arrived and the staff was very friendly. The room had a couch with two recliners. Once I sat down and put my feet up, I couldn't get my feet down again. My 12 year old ended up getting down on his knees to push it down. It would have been more of an issue but we only stayed one night on our way to our final destination. The hallways did smell like smoke but the room didn't. All in all, a nice hotel for the price.

Great Location close to attractions and lots of restaurants and shopping. I think there are nicer places on the same road for the same money. VERY BASIC amenities, crummy soaps, no shampoo, dated cheap furnishings, cheapest towels I have ever seen. Faucets leaked. Breakfast was packaged pastries and bagels, it did the job. Staff was not cordial at all, which is a hallmark for businesses in that area of the worls. Bed was great, but Room was very cramped and very hard to navigate for 2 people. It was clean and freshened up each day with new linens, they were just cheap and old. I'm not staying there again.

The room was very comfortable. Great feature was having the bath separate from the vanity area. The continental breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh food topick from as well as juice and coffee. The location was very good. 5 miles close to MTSU. As I just lost my job and needed all the help we could get. We were there for an audition for scholarship.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - close to conference center with easy access. The shower was small for the size of room I was in, there were 2 king sized beds, so that was weird. Nice pool and exercise room. Well worth it.

My 2 sisters,my husband, brother-in-law and nephew all came down for a family wedding. The Country Inn Suites is a smaller hotel, only 2 stories, and the rooms were nice and included a microwave and little fridge. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of food & drink. The front of the hotel has a porch and rocking chairs and benches on it and we enjoyed staying up late and rocking and talking! The hotel is across the street from a Walmart, Target, and almost any strip mall store you can think of. Five minutes away is a Mall with all the major department stores.
There are only a few cons: No elevator,you must carry your luggage upstairs if you are not on the first floor. The area we were in included many other hotels, so it is a VERY congested area for a smaller town. However, we are all from Chicago so it was just like home! The downstairs lobby has a seating area with couches around a fireplace and it was cozy sitting and talking there as well. The hotel was spectacular and the FREE morning breakfast was AMAZING!!! The FREE breakfast waffles that they made were a bazillion times better than Waffle House down the road!!! The rooms were spotless and the down pillows and bed were super comfy!!! And, ONLY 30 minutes away from Bonnaroo!!! We will definitely be back here next year!!!

The hotel was convenient to I-24 and easy to find. The room was surprisingly spacious for an economy class hotel with a small sitting area by the door. The room also had a nice flat screen TV mounted on the wall. It was a basic room but clean and met our needs while traveling.

We just needed a place to stay for one night for a wedding, and we did not want to spend much. This hotel fulfilled those two needs, but not much else. They did have a nice flatscreen television, and the continental breakfast was sufficient. More light in the room would have been nice and newer wall paper and bedding would have made the room appear cleaner.

Very convenient location and easy to find. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable although the furniture was a little worn. It was very quiet and they allowed my pets to stay for a small fee. Would definitely stay again!

My 13 year old son and I stayed here on the way to Ga. We had a great night, the staff person Matt was great and super friendly. The location was near a large selection of restaurants and stores. My son really liked the free wifi and I liked the fridge. We were able to enjoy our own food and drinks. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft, but that is just my personal taste. I don't hold that against the hotel.

Had nothing but problems, they did not have my reservation!!!! the doors had to be played with to get code cards to work, it took on average 6 tries on both rooms, everytime!! the tv signal was terrible when it did come in!! The room phone could dial out but could not recieve calls!!! This is the Second time that my reservation was not recieved by the hotel!!!! I am seriously thinking of closing my account with Orbitz because of the Repeat Problem of the Hotel not having my reservation's!!!

Had to take care of personal business while I was there, As soon as I arrived they told me that I had the wrong credit card. I paid in advance for my room, was charged as soon as I got there, showed them the papers where I booked my trip and paid in full, wasn't happy with the factor that I paid twiced for a 1 day stay, Thought paying in advance was better and less stressfull than it was paying when you arrive. Now they don't want to reinburse me the funds and now I'm stuck dealing with the leg work of retreiving the funds back to my card.

Next time we will spend a little more money and get a better place to stay. Double beds were too small for two people and extremely uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night and woke up with awful back pain. Pillows were rinky dinky. Only had a couple of outlets, that were hard to get to. Rooms are old and they need to update! Price was definitely too much for this room!! Try EconoLodge, I heard they are cheaper and much more accommodating.

My experience was not really a pleasant one at this hotel. The bathroom had previous water damage to the walls. The continental breakfast was not prepared in a fashionable manner. Also Orbitz over charged for this hotel. The hotel offered a lower rate on the display board compared to Orbitz online rate.

We just stayed one night. It was a mediocour hotel. For the price I was expecting a little more than what we got. I found a beer cap under the night stand, which told me that they didn't clean the room throughly because we didn't have beer in the room. I felt the could have had more than two towels in the bathroom for a family of four. I would have to reconsider a stay at this hotel again.

Stayed two days for a dog obedience show. Very busy place. Parking lot was full past the max. Good location, good fast food and other restaurants in the area as well as other type of shopping. Easy Interstate access.
Room was quiet despite cars being amp'd in parking lot. Only complaint regarding the room was the shower head spigot leaked and sprayed over the top of the curtain getting my bed clothes wet.
Overall not a bad place to stay for the price. Love Motel 6 for always allowing pets! Thank you Motel 6!

Great location just off interstate. Old hotel/motel, not really clean, little smelly. Friendly staff, cereal, rolls, milk,juice, coffee breakfast, but part was closed off with sheets hung across ropes with shrine at one end and scary for the little ones.
