Overall I enjoyed my stay. I never felt unsafe. The front desk clerk was helpful with directions to different places around the city. He even told me to call if I got lost and he would help me over the phone. The coffee maker in our room didn't work the first night and they replaced it the next morning. We did have problems closing the drapes and finally rigged them. For some reason house keeping cleaned our room but didn't do a good job. We told the front desk about this. They came to the room to see what we were talking about so they could address the issues with the maid. They offered to let us switch rooms and told us they would even upgrade us to a suite. Breakfast was donuts, muffins, cereal, waffles, coffee, and juice. Nothing fancy but if you just want to get something in you until you can hit a place for lunch it's great and FREE. The room wasn't bad for what we paid for. However, if you are looking for something fancy this is not for you. There are no mints on the pillows or bathrobes in the bathrooms.

This was the best place to stay. We were traveling down to Alabama and back and needed to be near the Airport. This location was perfect and the Suite was super. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and we loved this one.

checked in and our rooms were huge...nice lounge area with tv and pull out couch with fridge and microwave..we could have easily made due with 2 rooms instead of 3 for our group of 6..pool and hot tub were great but workout room treadmills were falling apart..would stay there again for sure

What a great find!

I have stayed in hotels at this price point that were so much less impressive! The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and happy to help. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times front desk staff was friendly and called my room within minutes to make sure everything was ok. The furnishings of the room were above average, though nothing exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning far surpassed anything I have experienced from hotels in this price range. The experience was wonderful and from now on I will definitely be staying with Hampton Inn while traveling!

Just old and smelly. Filthy furniture you would not want to sit on. Nasty bathroom and dity floors. It appeard that it never was cleaned. Lock on door was wabbly and appeared to have been broken into before. [...]

Our major complaint was we requested a non-smoking room. When we got there the room was smoky. We asked for and were given another room, which was better, but the non-smoking rooms are across the hall from the smoking rooms. So the hallways reek of smoke, and
while we were there, people were smoking in their rooms with the doors open.

Not close to Beale Street.

Purpose of this trip was to show some of my Aussie friends around Memphis and take them to Graceland. The hotel was smelly and the front staff was not helpful at all. The location was alot farther than expected to the attractions. I will not stay there again.

This was my very first time staying at The Sleep Inn. The service was very good. I love how big the room was. It smelled very good, the showers was clean,the bed was very comfortable and everything was good. I couldn't believe they had an iron and ironing board. The last hotel charged me 10 dollars for just an iron. I love that they had clear cable. It was just too real to be true. I love it here.

We are just 3 miles from Memphis International Airport. If games of chance are in the cards, there is a world class casino just 25 miles away as well as a Dog Track just 15 miles from our location. We are next door to the MATA bus station, where you can pick up the 69 Winchester bus that will take you to the airport terminal, and then it's a short walk to the gates.
I-240 exit 20, then right onto American Way.

Ok I'm gonna try not to do too much venting on here BUT....The Hotel sucked majorly. The people had major attitude. The room was not like it was on the pic its worse. The light in the bathroom went out in the middle of the night. Everytime we went outside somebody looked out the window. The check out time we received online was 12 but the people called us at 10 and said we needed to be out by 11. We werent loud, or rude and they were. I will never ever go back. Thank God it was only one day and our hotel the next day was the Memphis Hilton.

Not so hot but it had to doo

The Hotel was remodel and was very smelling. the rooms was spacious and clean but smelling with a weird odor. not only that at check out i learn that this was a promotional thing under rate code IGCOR and my total price stay should have only been $221.76 as I recieved my balance quote. I pay with my card 291.76 which is a $70.00 difference right PLEASE ADVISED:

This was a one night stay. The location did not feel safe. Esthetically, it did not looking inviting. Once we entered the room, everyhting appeared in order, however the carpets were very dirty. After I cleaned my feet, I had to put my shoes back on. The refrigerator was very dirty. In the freezer part there were food pieces stuck in it ice and ice building up over it. The ice was built up so bad that ice was forming in the lower part of the frig. The bed was not comfortable. The motel's ad in orbitz claims to offer continental breakfast, however at 7:30 am there was no continental breakfast, in fact there was no one there. The doors were locked. We left the key cards in the room. I will not stay at this place again.

They are liars. This hotel is run by an Indian family, and they claimed that they have free shuttle bus to the airport and provide free breakfast. Actually there is nothing! When I asked about that, the boss said impatiently that they had losses and therefore they stopped providing these services years ago. They also refused to give me a receipt because I booked through [...]. [...] You never want to live in that hotel in your life time!

Went there for the Liberty Bowl and stayed at that hotel. I wouldn't want to stay there for anything over a few days tops. We only used the room for a warm place to sleep. The staff was pretty nice though.

Room was cheap, good for one night, their computer system needs updating, they did not have my reservation, they gave me a room anyway at no charge till we talked to the manager the next day. Very inconvenient, had to delay part of my agenda till it was fixed so I wouldn't be charged twice for the same night.

Hotel room had a old musty spell, carpet was dirty, and there were roaches. Hotel needs renovating and updating. Front desk staff was unprofessional and I had to wait 5 mins at front window while I could hear laughing and loud music in the back. After constant calling for someone and knocking on the glass window, staff finally appeared. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I would give this hotel a 5.

Description
Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When you stay goes into another week, another weekly rate is charged. Many guests staying less than a week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check in even if the rooom is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Front Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours check in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
