Staff was super nice and the room was decent. The location left much to be desired though. Getting out and going towards Sevierville was no problem, but coming back to the hotel you need to make a u-turn... and with the fall traffic this was no easy task. Also had to make a u-turn when heading towards I-40 to head back home. I think next time we'll stay in Gatlinburg and avoid all the traffic that flows into Pigeon Forge.

the hotel was ok had trouble getting in and out of the hotel also the refrigator was no good overall it was ok just need to improve
