The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The bathrrooms are a little run down and need a bit more attention. Overall the stay was nice, staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was not filthy but a little dated. When we checked in at midnight I did not fdeel safe withthe night person and her entourage at the check out, but other than that it was a nice stay for the money paid.

For clean, safe, basic accomodations on the north side of Nashville, this is your place. Good value.
Breakfast is basic but good, rooms are clean, no noise issues, close to restaurants and I-65.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very accomodating and polite. The room itself was clean and spacious. Everything was conveniently located along the 1st level corridor, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. A great experience, overall.

We stayed for a weekend get away and were very pleased with or room. The staff at check in didn't seem very friendly or personable but I think that is common more often than not anymore unfortunately. I would definetly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

To say the least, I am very particular when it comes to hotel rooms. I was searching for a room at the last minute and due to the Country Music Marathon that was being run the next day, my "first pick" hotels were already booked. I was somewhat hesitant about this hotel simply because of its 'age'. I was afraid I would encounter a smelly, old-looking room, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bed linens were up-to-date and, most importantly, clean!
The bathroom was sufficient, but really needs modernizing as it is beginning to show its age. The air conditioner in my room was a little loud, but you can control how often it kicks on so it doesn't become overly annoying.
I highly suggest you ask for a room that does NOT face Conference Drive, as these rooms are closer to the interstate and outside traffic is quite audible inside the room.

Loved this hotel. The only complaint we had was Hot tub was not working, and this was one of the reason in choosing this hotel. Would stay again if ever in this area.

Came to Nashville with my daughters for a Taylor Swift Meet & Greet in Nashville. Couldn't get any hotel rooms in Nashville so we settled for this location which is about ten miles to the north. Didn't spend much time at the hotel but stay was good. Only complaint was the bed was too hard for me.

Disappointed......room was smelly. It was non-smoking but it must of just changed. I had to buy air fresher to stay in the room. My suggestion is this place needs a major overhaul. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

We stayed for one night as a couple's get away for Valentine's Day. It was a good one night get away place. We had problems with our key at first but the one of the staff members were very friendly and offered to help. The room was spacious enough and had everything we needed.

We stay in Red Roof Inn's often when traveling because we travel with our dog. This was by far the worst yet! It was very outmoded with ripped carpeting, poorly patched walls, ill matching paint, smelled of stale smoke,and very cramped. My husband killed two roaches in the bathtub when we got there. The sink was dirty, as were the sheets. We left two hours earlier than planned due to the fact that we had not slept well. When we mentioned these complaints to the check out staff we got a blank stare and "Do you need a receipt?" This was also the most expensive RR Inn we have stayed in. Believe me it will be the last time we will stay there.
