This is an older motel so the rooms were dated and showing some rough treatment. They were very clean and the staff was very helpful with booking changes we needed to make (arrived early and stayed an extra night). The pool is small but nice. Worth what we paid. We will stay again if in the area.

After reading the mixed reviews I was nervous about this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in a 2 queen room with an interior door which I found clean and quite comfortable. I particularly like having a refrig and microwave without having to ask or pay extra. The continental breakfast had a fair selection but the food quality was poor. For the price, I would bring my own breakfast and stay here again.

I was disappointed in the hotel. I most certainly was not what the usual Hampton is in any way. I won't stay there again when I am in that area.

The property was not the usual Hampton quality. The rooms were small and cramped. The only thing that tipped you off you were at a Hampton was the bedding the the vanity. Other then that it could have been a Motel 6. The breakfast was sub par both in quality and quantity of choices. If I go to Cleveland again I wouldn't stay there.

The location was perfect compared to other hotels. Close to the highway like most hotels, but more importantly away from the ghetto area. Otherwise its an hotel, neither immaculate or nasty. The price was acceptable for the time of the year & little notice.

Don't waste your time. Absolutely awful.

Had to move rooms after not having hot water. Then moved again because of smell of someone smoking something illegal down the hall. Finally moved to 3rd room, but had to get more sheets because of the ones on the bed being dirty. Front desk person was very courteous, but he should find a job with another nicer hotel chain.

The Baymont Inn and Suites is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The room we had was very quiet with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I came for a minister's conference and stayed one week. The hotel staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and the accommodations were affordable. This hotel was only 5 minutes away from the conference so that was a plus.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was courteous. We loved the free breakfast, especially the waffles. There are several restaurants and stores within a short driving distance.

Very convenient location right off I-75(only drawback was highway noise). Very nice, lobby and rooms were super clean! Lots of places to eat nearby. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Value for Weekend Stay

I booked a room at this hotel for a family wedding stay. My husband and adult son would not be able to come in until 3:00 a.m.; I explained this to the staff at check in; they were absolutely wonderful to work with and make every part of our stay a great experience. Our room was very clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful experience although we were not at the hotel for most of the stay so we did not make use of the dining facilities, pool, or work out room.

View of the mountains was nice; room was sufficient, cleanliness--on a scale of 1-10 was a 6-7 due to bath tub had hair on soap dish and side of tub. It was an inconvenience when I realized housekeeping forgot to put shampoo, bath soap and sugar & cream with coffee maker--I had to get dressed to answer the door when they delivered it. I wouldn't necessarily mention this, but it happened twice during my 3-night stay..

Unclean, management was awful

The room was fiflthy, bathroom had mold and dirt around the jets of the tub and in the ceiling of the tub area. The night manager was a sweet man, seemed to care about people. The morning manager was rude, clearly disliked his job or at least people! The breakfast that was supposed to be provided ... joke. They didn't even supply cream for the coffee (which was cold more often than not), when we asked the manager for cream, he told us to use milk. Then there wasn't enough milk. They ran out of orange juice with no intention of resupplying anything.

The motel was fine. The room was clean and tidy. Was in a quiet location. However I did reserve a King Room and got two full sized instead. All in all I would stay again though.
