Very nice hotel; clean and comfortable. Heated indoor pool and exercise room. Nice hot breakfast included with stay. Minor details missing were soap trays in the bathroom, clean water glasses in room each day. Other than that this is a very nice place to stay and I recommend it.

The hotel itself was ok.. for the price. The bed definately was uncomfortable we had a horrible time trying to sleep and the room was very,very dry!
I really dont think we would stay here again.

Pluses:
Room was decent for price range. Wireless internet service was very good. A/C had plenty of power (could freeze the room in a heatwave). Fixtures in good repair and full size. Vending on both floors.
Minuses:
There was a lack of places to plug everything in. Would have been a pain if I had not brought my own power strip. Toilet a little too close to the wall. Could not find an ice machine.

My husband and I with our 9yr old grandaughter went to Clarksville for a funeral. The motel room was clean all except the back of the bathroom door had a lot of dust. The house cleaning just needs to deep clean every once in awhile. The continental breakfast needed more food for kids. But other than that the motel was ok, we only stayed 2 nights and only at night did we go to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for a friend's wedding. When I walked into the hotel, there was no one at the counter. When someone did finally come to the counter I was thrown back by her very casual appearance (bleach stains in shirt). The bed was horrible. I felt every spring in the mattress. The housekeeper did not clean out the coffee pot. This hotel was at least convenient to a lot of eateries and stores including the mall. It was bearable for only one night.

We were in town to visit family for the Thanksgiving holidays and stayed two nights. The staff was nice and conversational, but did not dress nor groom professionally. The linen, pillows, mattresses, and fixtures could be upgraded to add value. For the price, my expectations was to rate this hotel an overall rating of 3 stars. After the stay the best I could give was 2 stars. The stay was OK.

I enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing that I would improve is for them to offer Continental Breakfast as part of the room rate.

Just stayed for a quick overnite stopover, but the hotel worked out fine. It's very close to I-24, and reasonably close to a lot of restaurant options in Clarksville. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. No complaints.

Not as advertised!! Pictures lie

First off, we requested an accessible room and non-smoking room. After booking and arriving we were told the hotel did not have any accessible rooms, it was two story and no elevator, they told us they could not guarentee a first floor room. (Hard to carry an electric wheelchair up a flight of stairs!) We finally got a room on first floor. The pictures on-line are NOTHING like what the room is. It had a full kitchen but the room was hardly bigger than a regular hotel room. Very small. The room said non-smoking but you could tell that it once was a smoking room and just overpowered with Fabreeze to cover the smell. There are NO "extras" either. The room was clean and beds comfortable but be prepared nothing fancy. Even the simple things like clean towels each day, shampoo, hair dryer are all missing in this package. I don't think I would book at this hotel again.

I stayed there for a 4-night trip at the end of October with my boyfriend. The small kitchen was ok for 2 people, but would not recommend for a bigger family. There was a small sink, microwave, two burner stove, full size fridge..only down side was there was no dishwasher (it was very hard to cook & wash dishes & put them away with the limited space). Th bathroom was very clean & good sized. The bed was a queen but would have preferred a king. The bedding was very comfortable! The hotel staff were friendly and for the most part the stay was enjoyable. Only downsides were the walls were very thin between rooms (someone had a dog next door and we could hear it bark all night, and also we could hear other peoples conversations). The hotel seemed to be going through some kind of renovation and it looked like it was going in the right direction! This place will definitely be at the top of my list for another stay when I go to Clarksville!
