Great place, great price

I had read several reviews of the place and wasn't real sure I wanted to stay there. But it was getting late and I was tired so we checked in. The front desk guy couldn't have been nicer and the room was just fine. Everything was neat and clean and the room was big. I would definitely stay there again, and I am picky.

Best Hotel on vacation!

From the moment we called asking for assistance with a handicap room--Marge--the front desk person was super! Very helpful, showed us the room, gave us directions for the local sites. The room was spotlessly clean, great beds-- big bathroom. Breakfast was served in the hotal lobby the next morning. These people could not have been nicer to us. I totally recommend you use this hotel-best one on our two week vacation!!! Thank you!!

Our stay was not bad. The room was smaller than I was use to, especially for a family of five. The breakfast was good. The one thing the town of Wall was lacking was places to take your family for a sit down dinner. However, if you are there to visit Wall Drug, this is a good place to stay.

Don't trust Orbitz!

when we arrived there was NO special needs room with two beds and all of the smoking rooms are located on the second floor with no elevator. All of which I had specefied on Orbitz. I had assumed that Orbitz would show only the rooms I needed./ It was a costly mistake. My Mother, who has a hard time getting around, could only take one shower due to the high sides of the bathtub. I ended up getting her out. The Motel was fine. What was NOT fine was that Orbitz had made me believe that I was getting what I wanted. Make sure that you call the hotel/motel to verify what you ordered.

My entrance key did not work and I had to go to the office to find out the problem. The office did not explain the problem but did issue me a new key card, but without asking for any identification! The same thing happened on my third night, again without requesting identification. I did not like this as anyone could have claimed they couldn't enter my room and gained easy access! I felt this was very very poor. Also I requested no maid service during my day as I don't believe on putting new clean sheets on the bed every day, but my room was entered anyway -- I knew this because I had left the air conditioner/fan off and it was on when I returned both days. Again, what I would consider a breach of the motel security. The room itself was clean with plenty of towels (very important!) and surprisingly quiet, considering the room was on the first floor and right off the parking lot.

Located on main drag, with food, fuel, shopping nearby. Clean room and everything worked. Friendly & accommodating staff. Park on city street if towing trailer. Previous reviewer's mention of a "really good continental breakfast" was bogus as only coffee was available.
