Nothing to brag about here. The sleeping area was separate but had only a double bed. The 'couch' was imitation. We did not use the cooking facilities in the room but these appeared to be adequate.

I stayed at this property for the USD graduation. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was professional. The previous reviews are very much on target--good value, good hotel, but with no noise control from the hallways. Many of us travelers are looking for a quiet stay, so have to put up with inconsiderate noise-makers. Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended.

This Hampton is 'a little tired'. Half of the lights in the bathroom were burnt out. The shower had mold around the edges and I couldn't get the shower head to change from the 'pulse' setting. The room had an old tube TV. The door didn't close very well. The staff was pleasant.

I'd stay there again

Have stayed at this facility due to business in Sioux City the last two weeks. Need an "economical" way to stay nearby and have shopped around the area. Found this Super 8 and will no longer stay at the local "mom & pop" motels or the very run down Motel 6 on the south side. This facility is a bit "out of the way," but the price and upkeep makes up for it.
