We had a mixup with the room type. The management went out of their way to help us. I can't say enough about the Assistant Manager's attitude and energy for our situation. I highly recommend staying here. Convenient and comfortable.

I need a place to stay for a business trip, this was near where I was working, easy access, and affordable. The room was quite large, with a small kitchenette, full sized frig, couch dinning table and a small TV. Due to the weather the outside pools were not open but the indoor pool was. The water was warm and the sauna water was cooler then I liked it. The gym had a universal and several cardio machines ..all and all very nice stay and I will use it again when my work takes me in that area.

The hotel was right on the beach and our room had a great view of the ocean. Slow time of year, so not crowded at hotel. Very quiet and relaxing, and staff was very helpful. Great value for a pretty view!

We were supposed to go to Hatteras Island, but Hurricane Irene cancelled that. Decided to go to Myrtle Beach for the week. Couldn't have asked for a better replacement. Getting up in the morning, opening the slider, seeing the ocean and hearing the waves...couldn't have asked for anything more. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good. Beach was fantastic. Will stay here on any future trips to Myrtle Beach.

It would have been nice to know that we were being put in a time share that had nothing to do with the Hotel so no staff was available or accessable and then the cost of the room maintenance increased from the reservation to check in. Speakin of which checkin was thirty minutes away from the actual hotel and so at check out another thirty minutes out of the way before going home. The room was nice however we were promised an ocean view and technically we had one from around a wall. So thankful for the maintenance man who helped the best he could but no toher staff was found for three days.

The pools at the prince resort offer something for everyone. At tower 1 the pools are nestled between the tower and the historic cherry grove pier. The pools at tower 2 are set on the 9th floor of the hotel and have stunning panoramic views of the mid-atlantic coastline. From this vantage point you will be treated to views of one of the largest and most beautiful salt marshes on the south carolina coast.
Dining at the resort is a savory culinary experience. The 3500 grill open for breakfast and dinner offers diners fine dining and southern service. I have to stay in hotels at one-three nights a week with my job. The hotel is very modern through out the lobby. Having a resturant in the hotel was very convenient, although the menu was limited. My balcony was on the corner with a wonderful ocean view and it was HUGE. Great jetted bathtub. Overall a great stay, will def come again.

Me and my husband had a great time together at the Vista Resort. I was a little disappointed in my view of the beach from my room. When we arrived the lady at the desk looked up our room and assigned us our room. Top floor. I was excited about having a great view..We were sent over to a another desk to recieve a packet only to find out that it was a sales pitch to take a 2 hour tour of a time share. I didn't like that at all however I was very nice to her and said no thank you. Wasn't there for a tour. It would be better for the hotel to not do that. Then the lady from the front desk ran over to us and said " I gave you the wrong room"! Took our room keys and gave us another room key. First floor bad view.

Okay if you're not spending too much time in the room

The staff was very nice and it was great to get free wi-fi, but this hotel is in need of a makeover. Lots of scratches and dings in the paint, cracked tiles and worn linens. For the price it was okay--especially since we only needed a place to spend the night after a concert--but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't want to stay here if I had to spend a lot of time in the room. The best parts were: free wi-fi, microfridge in the room, pleasant and helpful staff. The worst parts: musty smell and needs serious makeover.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Breeze. I made reservations through Orbitz and did not know what to expect because I had never booked through them. We had a wonderful trip, wonderful place to stay and we had no issues booking with Orbitz. Will use their service again and will stay at Atlantic Breeze again.

We took a week long trip and we didn't have a room near the beach,so I booked a room with Maritime for 2 days,all the rooms are ocean front,so the view is awesome.You can just open the slideing glass door and listen to the ocean,get up and see the sun rise or sunset from your room,free wi fi so you can play or work on the computer while enjoying the ocean.The staff that I met where very nice and there are alot of shops and resteraunts close by.This is at the end of the motels so at the time of my stay,the beach was very open,not crowded at all.Also at this place you can check out shuffleboard,corn hole,and boca balls to play with,the pool was also cleaned daily and super clean.As for the room its self,it's kind of tight,for a motel on the beach its great but in the bed room there is just enough room to walk around the bed,the tub has a crazy step up,and the balcony was only about 15 inches.I got the roo for like 60 bucks a night so it was a great deal.If I had paid 100-or so,I might have been a little dissapointed,but I also had 3 kids so that makes it seem even tighter.All in all I really enjoyed it,we ate breakfast,left the room and only came back to change cloths and sleep.

For the price, you can't beat this place. Right on the beach with direct access. Rooms are adequate, not the fanciest, but worked for the price. Take note of the manual they give you. Would definitely stay there again!

A couple of days in the SUN!

This was a graduation trip (a couple days of sun) for my daughter. With the busy
weeks preceding graduation we snuck away for a couple days.
Very low key vacation, sat by pool, soaked up sun, wandered around Barefoot
Landing and the Myrtle Beach Mall, walked the beach.
Very Sad to leave! It's a beautiful spot.

The Seaside Resort was a nice place to stay. The only drawback was that we our toilet paper holder kept falling off and maintenance was unable to fix it during our stay. It was very clean otherwise. We had a two bedroom condo with 2 queen beds in each. Each room had a flat screen tv. One of the rooms had a bathrooom attached with a whirlpool. The other bedroom did not have the bathroom in the room but just outside of it and it was very large. The place is right on the ocean and has 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis. The down side is that the pools are not heated and they do not have the capacity to heat them (contrary to what they may tell you). From 17, it looks to be in a bad area of town but it really does not seem to be. The parking is a little tough if you have a larger vehicle because it is under the building and there are cement walls separating every two spots. There are no restaurants here since they are condos but they do have a decent continental breakfast every morning. You are pretty close to restaurant row, barefoot landing, and alligator alley. The Tanger outlets are also pretty close but none of it is walking distance.

Hotel was clean and had great amenities.
My only complaint would be that there is not enough parking at the building. The parking across the street is not convenient when you are lugging kids and their stuff.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that weren't perfect for us though. We got the 1 Bedroom and of course got put near the elevators and the cafe' on the 3rd floor. That was a bummer because of the noise at night - we could hear everything outside our bedroom- even someone whistling at 3am. Next time, if we can find a good price, we'll get the two bedroom and use the room further away from the entryway. Also, our view was ok but wasn't the best. We were literally at the butt crack of both towers and on the 3rd floor like I said. I prefer a more direct and higher oceanfront view but it honestly wasn't that bad. Our room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We checked in close to 4 so the maid service that everyone pays extra for when they arrive/leave should have been better. The dinning room table had a lot of crumbs left from the previous renters. One of the extra pillows in the closet had a hair on it making us wonder if they were even washed or just put back in the closet. The trash was not emptied when we arrived and the cabinet doors in the kitchen were all open. Nothing too horrible- it all can be explained away. Overall it was a nice place. FYI - the sofa bed was horrible! We pulled it out and layed on it at night so we could have the bigger tv and be comfortable. The tv in our bedroom was tiny. The hotel was beautiful, though.

I was not in the hotel a lot so it was nice for its purpose, to sleep. The staff was very friendly! Only complaint is we asked for a nonsmoking room but it smelled strongly of smoke, maybe the room next door had smokers? Other than that it was a pleasant trip!

Prompt, friendly service, clean and very resourceful room. Great location between Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove accesses. Stayed recently in early spring season while still cool weather and it was gorgeous then to watch the boats sail in and out of the harbour.

When We arrived we waited almost 1/2 hr to speak to the 1 desk clerk in the old and run down office. They did not have record of my reservation... this coming from a similar dinosaur of a computer that resembled my first back in 1994. Peeling paint old cabinets, ancient air conditioner, stained box springs... They were pet friendly but I would have been afraid to allow my dog to stay there. Over priced for the run down condition... I will warn friends and family to avoid this one. No wifi or cellular reception for that matter unless you're out front next to the trash can by the second lamp post... Anyhow, I hate to bash... But this isn't the quaint family run motel it claims to be... For me? Better luck next time... Almost as lousy as the casino boat... But that's another story!

The location of Peppertree by the Sea is excellent! The rooms where not as nice as what we normally experience, but the staff was GREAT! When we checked in we found our room to have a pull out (trundle bed). Not what we were expecting, they moved us to a room with a normal queen bed theat was right next to the elevator (very loud). The next morning we asked if we cold be moved again and the staff took care of us and moved us to an ocean view (no balcony) room with a queen or full bed. The rooms are "voluntary no smoking" which you can tell not all volunteer to not smoke. Overall was a pretty good experience. We would stay again knowing what we know now just with better concrete info on what room we were staying in.

I did most was resting. This hotel should give out tickets to visits some entertaiment places or coupons to dine in some restaurants. The hotel staff changed my better room that has balcony to another room without it , but I liked the rooms. By doing that, they should compensated that for something.

My brother and I stayed here overnight. The room was clean, the person at the main counter was very polite and helpful, and breakfast was included in the morning. One small point is that the breakfast is a little sparse. Mostly bagels, breads, waffles, etc. Mostly starch. It could have used a little bit of fruit, or something else to help break up the similar types of foods. Also, my brother had to go to 3 different vending machines to find one that worked. A nice place to stay!

Inexpensive, Relaxing and Very enjoyable

I must admit I did not know what to expect when I arrived, but to my surprise very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very professional. I got lost trying to locate the site and called 3801 Hwy 17 South Super 8 North Myrtle Beach/Barefoot Landing Area and this individual directed me to the location. The room was great, the only complaint was the carpet needed to be cleaned!! My daughter wanted to go straight to the pool,which was very clean and relaxing. Also,the beach was only about five minutes from the North Myrtle Beach... We will be back!! Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay at this location..
