We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was great, helpful and upgraded us to a room with a balcony and view of Charleston's new bridge and the battleship Yorktown.
Breakfast was expensive and not great so just go somewhere else for it. Everything else there was just wonderful and incredible for the price.
It was a grand stopping off point and I will look for your specials from now on when I'm on the road.

Since we were going to do both downtown Charleston and the Oysterfest at Boone Hall this location was perfect. Staff were friendly and having a shuttle to take you around was great! Great hotel, price was unbeatable and a great time was had by all.

I stayed here with my mom and young daughter one night for a trip to Charleston to pick up my car (being shipped back from an overseas tour in Germany). The hotel was perfect for the rate, and I would stay here again, even for leisure travel. Across the bridge from Charleston, but still looked like a neat area to explore. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was one of the best 'budget' hotels we have used. There was only one issue and that was that the hotel location was not visible from the highway so we spent 45 minutes looking for it in the middle of the night. Get good directions. That said the place was very nice and, when found, in a great location to explore both Charleston, Patriots Point, and Mt. Pleasant.

The moment I walked in to the lobby I was greeted warmly by the staff. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was as expected. It was clean and the layout was great. I especially liked how quiet the room was at night. There was no humming or beeping in the room or foot traffic in the hall to disrupt sleepers. I would definitely check them out for a stay again.

Great location for downtown Chalestown, Patriot's Point and beaches. Easy to get to, Quiet streets, restaurants closeby and clean accomodations. Breakfast a bit skimpy. Would not hesitate to go back again.

We had a very pleasant time, enjoyed the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. They had almost every amenity that you would want/need, the staff is very accommodating and the location was awesome-minutes to everything. Our room was nice and clean, we would have given the hotel 5 stars except they did not provide any luggage racks for their guest which we always expect when we travel. Especially with bed bug issues out here today this is a must. The beds are not as comfy as home but they provide you with a nice selection of pillows to choose for your comfort. They provide you with a lot of amenities for the value. We will stay here again when we travel to Mt. Pleasant SC to visit my family from CA.

The room was very well kept, clean and well stocked with toiletries. I forgot my toothbrush & was given 1 for free at front desk without question. All employees are eager to assist at anytime. The hotel was located close to Charleston and Mount Pleasant shopping. Construction at present on 17, but not to big a problem. Stayed three nights and asked to be moved after the first night. Road crews for a construction company were staying there and they had a tendency to hang out on the railing and stay up late. Desk person was very helpful in making the move. All in all, good value and decent stay.

Visit to Charleston was for visiting family in the hospital. GPS gets you close, but the Hotel is hidden behind other buildings and it almost impossible to see the Hotel sign at night. The sofa bed was not much use for a bed as springs were missing and the mattress caved in with a small woman. Carpets need replacing. Breakfast was good and other bedding was fine. Other Comfort Inns are usually more updated.

This place was so wonderful! The room was very big for the price and only 2 miles from the beach. It was in walking distance of several shops and resturants. And the staff ere the nicest people I have ever dealt with on vacation. We will stay there again the next time we go to IOP.

We stayed at this particular hotel because it was close to the Lowcountry Oyster Festival at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant. The first thing we noticed was that the hotel still looked and felt new. It has been there a few years and appears to be well maintained. The room looked clean, esp. the bathroom. The beds were v.comfortable. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean and pleasant. Staff at the front desk and the dining area were attentive, polite and apparently well trained. The hotel is located near the 526 ramp and easy to find. Mt. Pleasant has plenty of restaurants and is fairly convenient to Charleston. We had a good experience overall and we plan to stay at this Courtyard by Marriott in the future.

After much thought about going away, we were very happy with this hotel and our choice. We were def on a budget but this hotel offered us everything we wanted. Close to the attractions and able to hang by a nice pool for a day. Staff was friendly and allowed early check-in. We would stay again.

We were in Charleston to do some site-seeing and enjoy the beach. The hotel was very close to Sullivan and Folly beach. We were practically next door to Patriots Point and the Yorktown. The breakfast was super and also the friendly staff that prepared it. The room was kept very clean for the 5 days we were there. Also, you can walk out of the parking lot at the side and walk/ride across the Ravenel Bridge. I will stay there again.

THis was a great location for college drop off in the area. Plenty of shopping (Walmart, Targeet, etc.) and it was extremely comfortable and convenient having own kitchen and effeciency set up. I highly recommend this for traveling parents of college age students.

I think the location was great to get to the different water partks, museums, aquarium, entertainment, etc.
The workers were very friendly and helpful in what they had to work with.
Two things that would improve business is (1) improve the slow drains for the shower - the water drains so slow it's like taking a bath and shower at the same time and (2) the towels/washcloths were very nasty/limited. Although, I had to go to the receptionist to get more towels each day, she had to wash the towels and bring them to me. She was very kind, but some of them had some awful spots that didn't come out. I will have to remember to bring my on in the future......

The hotel was nice for what we needed. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I did like the Extended Stay in Raleigh a lot better, because there was more room, and laid out a little better.

The hotel is really convenient and I picked it because it was super cheap, so I feel like I got what I paid for. It's nothing really nice -- there are some interesting smells from everyone cooking, but once inside your room, you're looking at a bed and bathroom. It's fine for just the basics and definitely if you're not spending much time in the room but for a longer stay, I might be more careful.

Description
Built on the historic property of what was once part of Snee Farm Plantation owned by Charles Pinckney signer of the United States Constitution, this luxurious log exterior bed and breakfast is surrounded by 300-year-old Live Oak trees and features a tidal creek and marsh backdrop. There are five cozy guest rooms available, all individually decorated and all with luxurious linens, and private baths. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
