Eastern Isle of Palms
The eastern half of the Isle of Palms is home to many popular beaches and many inlets and waterways perfect for boaters and small sea-craft. The city’s marina offers commercial sales on boating equipment and rentals and can assist visitors with the local regulations designed to help preserve the island’s important barrier dunes and native wildlife. Accommodation choices in the city’s eastern half include the Wild Dunes by Destination Hotels and Resorts. Dining choices on the eastern portion of the Isle include upscale choices such as the Sea Island Grill and more casual restaurants like Lettered Olive and Sand Bar. Sunday brunch is also available at the nearby Morgan Creek Grill.
