The staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee maker didn't work, but there was a very nice mini fridge and microwave in the room. The walls are painted a rather horrid yellow color, but for the cost one can't really be too picky.

I needed a clean, warm place to sleep with a shower and a tv. I wasn't there for hotel amenities. They did provide a basic continental breakfast that was just that. It was a fair value for the price paid. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again next time I need a room in York.

We visited family in York. The hotel was clean. The room was nice, adequate size. Bathroom - OK. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was what you'd expect for this type of hotel: meat, potatoes, eggs, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. There's coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7.
This hotel is located on a major street, close to West Manchester mall and numerous restaurants. Overall this hotel is adequate and we would stay here again.

Pretty good, a little dated. Room was clean and AC worked. Had coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. No phone in the room. Continental breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.
Visited my daughter for surgery and stayed one night only. There was a pool but did not use it.A little too close to hwy when you're trying to sleep.

Fine location...some road noise but not too bad. The price was great but the room needed a little cleaning. The main traffic areas were fine but don't look around the edges. Boarderline between accepable and a dump. Might depend on which housekeeper and which room your get. My nearly blind grandma could have spotted some of this dirt.

Fine place to stay

We weren't there for too long - so we didn't use the pool, gym, bar or restaurant.
The room was nice, the staff were friendly. The tub was a little dirty (they could use some soft scrub on it), but overall it was a fine place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. It's fine for the $ and location.

been there 2 times, very nice for the price, breakfast buffet is ok, a bit pricey at $10 for hot buffet. overall very nice, has pool and workout facility. only issue i had was because i booked with [...] they wouldnt let me get a king bed, i had to stick with 2 double beds.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was great! The only problem was locating the hotel. Our GPS could not find it. The WORST problem was that the printed Orbitz confirmation DID NOT INCLUDE the hotel phone number so we COULD NOT call the hotel for directions! For new motels it is very necessary to have a telephone contact, as many people that we asked did not know the hotel or the street!
