The location of the motel was easy to find. The room was very dated, needs some updating, but was clean. I chose this because I was traveling with my dog, which they accept for a small charge.

hotel location was great, room needed some TLC and the noise level right outside the room was bad on a couple of the nights, guests stood around outside and drank and talked rather loudly, at odd hours.

The hotel was very expensive for the area but I understand with all the gas work going on in Williamsport, the demand for hotels is high. we stayed there 3 years ago for much less. while in Williamsport, we took my grandson to Hoopla's and Knoebels and had a great time! we also used the indoor pool every day.

we found the hotel to be centrally located to what we were in town for - a Ben Harper & Relentless 7 show at Lycoming College. easily within walking distance to Bullfrog Brewery and the college. pool was just the right size and enjoyable for the hour i was able to actually relax while waiting for my friend to arrive. although the 2nd floor ahllway had a funky smell, the room did not and thats what mattered because i wasn't sleeping in the hallway.

Great little hotel

My wife and I stayed here because we were traveling with our dog, a Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer mix. I was told there was a $30 pet fee, which was actually refunded at the end of my stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and also helpful at all times of the day. We interacted with no three different front desk people and they were all excellent. The staff stayed out of our room, as our dog was there, crated most of the time when we were gone during the day for a funeral.
No complaints about the breakfast, but I'm just a coffee and bagels kind of person and my wife doesn't eat breakfast.
If I was going there for a dip in the pool, though, a quick look at said pool elicited laughter, as it's hilariously small. I don't know if what we saw was a pool for just the kids, but I can't see getting more than a few adults in there.
Room was small, but was surprised to see a full sized fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, and coffee pot, which were nice things to have. Bathroom was a nice size and the bed was clean and comfortable.
Only downside to this stay was that we were put in the room right next to the food prep room, so at 5:30AM, our dog started barking because of the noise just outside our door. Other than that, we had a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel is renovating and we got a new room which was really nice with big screen TV. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The best complimentary breakfast I ever had at a hotel. The negative was there was a stack of plywood on the sidewalk and the laundry carts blocked the entranceway to or room. Just outside in the parking lot was a big dumpster. We had to wait for them to move the carts to get by. Like all hotels in Williamsport full of construction workers. Work trucks with big rearview mirrors make it hard to park.

we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 pm. When we went to check in the desk attendant looked at the computer and called her boss over. The boss assigned a room to us, explained how to locate the room and sent us on our way. ashen we put our key into the lock it work but we found the security lock on inside the room. A gentleman asked us why we were there. We had both been given the same room! Upon returning to the desk we were told the hotel was overbooked! They called the adjoining property and we were told we would be "Upgraded". The desk attendant at the new facility asked for a credit card. I explained that I had already paid for the room. She called over to the original desk clerk and we were assigned a room.
The facility was like new, clean, large and comfortable.
Upon check out, I was again asked for a credit card to pay for the room. I explained the situation again and offered a copy of my confirmation. She asked me to get it. When I gave it to her, she again called the original hotel and told me there were no dates on the confirmation. After speaking with the other hotel for a while, we were told we could go. I had the impression she still wasn't satisfied but thought better of any further delay.It would have been a perfectly lovely visit for our son's College graduation without this mix up.

Room was very nice and for hotel food the breakfast was better than expected. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Only drawback was the heat controller which seemed to make the room either hot or cold. Difficult to maintain a steady temp; although it was extremely cold outside.

My room at the Genetti Hotel was quiet, spacious, clean and well-maintained. It's not a bland, anonymous chain hotel, and had a nice personality to go with it's convenient downtown location. The staff was friendly and helpful. A stay includes a great free breakfast that has something for even the pickiest eater. There's a great brew pub (The Bullfrog, I believe) right across the street.

I was in the area to attend my nephew's high school graduation.
This facility had the best location and value. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I am sure I have not had any better experience anywhere.
