The hotel itself was decent,neat and clean. Breakfast was a little short in the choices department but fresh none the less. Most of the staff was prompt and courteous but watch out for the fat guy he could care less. Over all it was a good stay would go back.

Went to visit family and view sights, room was great and right next to highway.
Wish there were more pillows, or bigger ones but otherwise breakfast was great, staff was friendly and rooms were clean, thanks!!

Hot tub suite deposit: 100.00 per stay. 100 percent smoke free hotel. No pets allowed.

Great location for where we wanted to be. Great breakfast and stuff was very helpful in getting us to the Casino. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Avoiding New Year's Eve unsafe roads!

Traveling from PA to NY on New Year's Eve. Tired and worried about drunk drivers. Made online res. 3 hours before arriving at reasonable price. Nicest staff. They kept their pub open so we were able to dine and have drinks without risking the roads. Room was perfect. Neighbors with children were loud in the night. Staff took care of it. Great visit. Easy to drive in and out on to the main highway. Thanks Wilkes-Barre

While in town we were able to get the number of a great cab service from the hotel attendant. We were a little uneasy about the other guests staying there. There was no ameneties. Overall we were uncomfortable.

Hotel was central for everything we were doing. Bed was comfortable, good nights sleep. Bathroom really small very uncomfortable to move around. In the morning the toilet was not working had to keep filling it with water using a waste paper basket to be able to use it.

Check in was friendly. We were just there for the night. There was a bar of soap in the room but no other toiletries or amenities. The bed felt terribly old and uncomfortable. Room was clean and decent for the price.
