Great Quiet Hotel

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms as well as how quiet it was. My housekeeping person left a personal note on my bed and that is almost unheard of. I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn if I am in the area again in the future.

Overall room cleanliness was OK for us, but at check-out, overheard a patron complaining about their room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is that the beds have been used hard. They are lumpy and slant one way or the other. New mattresses would be a great help

It was clean and close to many things that met our needs and the price was better than most in the area. Finding the entrance was difficult even with a GPS we missed it first try.

A surprisingly good place

From check in to check out, we had no problems with our stay. We had trouble with almost everything else about our travel, but the stay at this motel was a pleasant surprise, the food good, the staff helpful and kind, the room larger than average, the pool clean and staffed, and even the view was wonderful. Although it isn't a luxury hotel, the only reason for not giving it 5 stars, everything else was what we look for in a travel stay. Well done!

The hotel room was large and comfortable. It was conveniently near our son and family's home. We travelled to our grangson's high school and had a wonderful trip. The hotel seemed like home to us, making the trip enjoyable.

Nice Stay Close to Mohegan Sun

This was a very nice hotel in close proximity to the Mohegan Sun. We were able to take a taxi for under $20 and be there in about 7 minutes. Would recommend for couples or families who need to stay in the Wilkes-Barre area.

This was a newer hotel and everything was excellent except the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Breakfast was good and not crowded, the hotel was spotless inside and out. Very friendly staff!

good hotel description misleading??

Hotel was nice room description listed a stall shower..room did not have one & the hotel staff stated the room I booked didn't have had one. I dont know if [...]or hotel mislabled room but I was disappointed. Also listed a complimentary breakfast buffet that was no more than a continential breakfast. I really dont know if I stay here again too many misrepresented concerns.
