front desk is always great here.
My main complaint is about the gym. a month ago things were fine. this visit the weight system didn't work and there was no tv remote to be found. I like to workout on my trips.

Some how we ended up with stinking smoking room but I may have not specified so it could have been my fault. Well, anyway the room smelled like an ashtray and so did the bed. The matress was hard.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the grounds were neat. Our friends had a great renovated room right next door so I guess we just missed by one!
