For now, however, guests may have to deal with sporadic construction in the hotel's public spaces. The hotel allows pets (fees apply). Has potential but under construction

A little hard to find at night because the place is getting remodeled and the signs are missing. Major renovations have things messy and problems with some rooms (Sink backed up when we entered room). Some of the rooms look a little tired and worn but maybe they will get fixed up too.
Staff was accomodating, and breakfast was good.

Good place after driving long hours!

We stayed just one night at this hotel, but the staff were very welcoming and nice. So we enjoyed talking to them. The room was clean but although we required non smoking room,it smelled smoke. The breakfast area was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good and the lady working there was so nice and polite! But we did not like the pool because we found it not that clean! In general I should say it is a good hotel but I prefer new building hotel that everything is newer.

Horrible Experience

I booked this hotel two weeks before our scheduled mini-vacation. When we arrived to check-in, our room key didnt work (while the entire upstairs hallway smelled of weed). The receptionist again activated our key, and again it didnt work. During the wait in the lobby, 'call-girls' and their 'bosses' kept coming in and out, going upstairs with different men. Finally the receptionist said he could give us a different room, but this one didnt have an AC, for $10 off( and this is during the heat-wave in the Northeast, where the temp was 87 degrees at midnight). We refused that, and asked for a refund, but since I booked thru [...], I was told I would have trouble getting my money back. Finally we got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite for what we were told would be for the 1st night only. This 'suite' room had broken glass and open safety pins on the floor, pubic hairs in the shower, the bathroom faucet had no temp settings - it was just hot water, the jacuzzi had something crusted to the sides and bottom, the shower had horrible water pressure, and the mini-fridge didnt work.In the morning, I talked to the manager, and he did end up letting us in the same room for both nights, which was a plus. If you like hotels in the ghetto, creepy men outside making gross comments, and cigarette burned sheets, then this hotel is perfect for you. But I would recommend spending the few extra dollars for a room closer to the city, and in better condition.

stayed there cuz we went to the baseball game. Shuttle service to and from, very reliable and friendly driver. Dropped us off gave us him phone # we called after the game was out and he picked us up in no time.
The suite was clean, quite, full kitchen, fire place. and comfortable bed. Great place to stay and a hot breakfest included, cant beat it.

The hotel is nice when you walk in but the room was just very average. The bed was super hard (like a rock) so it was hard for me to sleep on comfortably. The bathroom was super small...cramped. The staff we dealt with were fine except at checkout. They had us in the computer as living in a whole different city and thought we were in one room but were really in a totally different room. Very odd checkout situation.

Not sure I can give this a fair review, as I arrived late and left early. But in connection to the airport, I wouldn't say it was convienent. As I did mention, I only was at the hotel for a short time, but nothing was making it stand out for me to come back the next time I am in town. Finally, this didn't make my stay less enjoyable, but as far as getting a receipt, yes I know I got one emailed to me, but if I ask for one, please don't make me beg for it!

We stayed at Hampton Inn Green Tree when we visited Pittsburgh for various college related trips. The latest was our son's college graduation, and we even recommended the hotel to our visiting family members. It was convenient to the major freeway into downtown and other areas. Room comfy and clean. Front desk staff cordial and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and glad our son is graduated!
