A very nice hotel. The staff is outstanding, couldn't be friendlier, or more helpful. A popular restaurant is right next door, but be prepared to drive everywhere else, but nothing is far away. Would definatly stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel. They provide breakfast everyday. You can make your own waffles. There are cold and hot drinks for free all day long. It was very nice to come back from the concert on a very cold night and be able to get a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. They also have an indoor pool that was nice.

Very nice, but heating was weird

This hotel was very nice and very close to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth, since there aren't sidewalks to the whole way there. The only problem we had was that when the heater turned on, the fan ran without the heat first, which was quite cold.

I booked this hotel for 1 night on the way to Rhode Island. My daughter and granddaughter wanted to spend some time in Hersey Park, so this hotel was near and affordable. It certainly met our needs after a long, hot day at the Park....A good cool/warn shower, restaurant nearby,..and a comfortable bed, The hotel was nothing fancy, but it was perfect for our 1 night thru.

Room was quite a distance from the lobby. Toilet ran incessantly. Light in the bathroom flickered for the first few minutes it was on.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and clean but VERY small and ordinary. We spent the next night in a Super 8 in Gettysburg for the same price and we had a MUCH larger and more modern room.

It was a really nice stay. They had great customer service. I even overslept past the check out time and was never rushed. Usually when I stay at places on a budget, I get people calling from the front desk or banging at the door yelling check out. None of that here. The sheets were very clean, no stains on the mattress (I always check), and the rooms smelled fresh. I will definitely be staying at a Comfort Inn again!

We were here for the state cross country meet and have stayed here before. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a small continental breakfast in the lobby. It was very crowded with everyone trying to eat breakfast before leaving for the meet all at the same time in the morning. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

very close to the park- and places to eat. The bed was the absolute worst i've ever slept on. Breakfast was decent, and pool was ok-

I would not recommend this place. The bathtub/shower was very slow to drain and there was very little water pressure. The mattress was hard and the sheets were stained. I was not happy sharing a room with all the flies.
We needed a place last minute and I can see why they had vacancies.

We took a trip there for Milton Hershey schools homecoming, as my boyfriend is a graduate. We wanted to stay someplace close so I chose the Milton motel. The staff did not impress me at all and the room was marginal. I asked for non smoking the room was clearly not and even smelled a bit like smoke. The one outlet near the closet almost pulled out of the wall. The shower head was mounted to low for the wall. The wireless they claim to have did not work in our room and we were on the bottom floor. I will not be staying again ,but it was ok for the money, the only redeeming feature were its location and a very comfortable bed.

I selected this motel for a few reasons; price, location, a sweet welcome gift upon check in, game room, and continental breakfast.
Twice when I was going to the front desk, it was unattended and I had to sit and wait or come back later. The smoke alarm in my room was low on battery and continuously beeped, I eventually just removed the battery so I could sleep. There was NO sweet welcome gift, NO GAME ROOM, and the continental breakfast didn't seem to be enough for all of the guests. I didn't bother to check out the pool since I checked in late in the night and left early morning.
ALSO - I booked the room for 2 adults, when I checked in I was charged my online rate for the 2 double beds(occupancy of up to 4) and then a surprise extra charge of $10.00 for my child (on the motel website there is mention of a $5. charge per additional person, but I take this as over the 4 person limit, also this is not mentioned on the online site where I booked and we did not need a roll-away bed.) So with that and tax my 1 night hotel stay was about $20.00 more in cost than I had planned.

Hotel is a great place to stay, 2 minute drive to the Hershey attractions. Unfortunately there wasn't anything walking distance from the hotel, but the staff was very friendly.

My fiance' and I stayed here the night we attended a show at Hershey Park Stadium, so we were looking for close proximity and a decent night's rest before heading back to Baltimore. The room was average at best. It was noisy in the morning (8am), some were guests heading to breakfast (we were on the first floor). When I went out at 9:30a for coffee and maybe a bite at their breakfast, they were out of coffee and nothing looked particularly appetizing. The evening prior, I asked if they had any plastic utensils and the front desk told me to go over to the breakfast area and check the drawers; when I opened them, all of the plastic utensils were stored loosely there...not in any sort of container or even a utensil tray. Overall, this may be a decent place for a quick night's sleep while on the road, but I do not plan on staying here again.

The hotel overall was very nice. The rooms were clean and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. I was disappointed with the food at the restaurant inside the hotel. The service was very slow and the food was not tasty. You are better off eatin off the premises.

The hotel was good, however for the price it should have had reserved parking space and complimentary breakfast. You get very little discount to hershey park tickets and you get to enter there 1 hour earlier than everyone else but it doesnt have much value because only 2 or 3 rides are open. Complimentary tickets to the museum wich no one ask for tickets at the entrance. And complimentary tickets to Hershey Gardens they were beautiful.

check in disappointing room located in 529 all the way at the end of the hotel. room card did not unlock room despite multiple attempts. asked housekeeper's assistance who let me in room. unpacked and made business phone calls. went to dinner and stopped at desk to request new card. informed that she wrote wrong room number on my check in. wanted to change my room despite my already being unpacked. i chose to stay at spa to use workout facility and squeeze some relaxation in only to find that fitness center does not open until 6:30am and my daily sessions started at 7am thus preventing me from working out. I stopped in fitness center at dinnertime on MOnday to ask if there was anywhere I could work out at 5am and man said no but found out next day when I left that walking trail was available and would have been useful alternative to gym

Not worth the price

The staff was friendly and the room was beautifully decorated but it was very small (so much so my husband and I had to take turns walking between the bed and dresser), the heating system was antiquated and we were unable to turn the heat down so we spent the night in a hot, stuffy room, unable to sleep. The cleaning crew started cleaning other rooms in our hall at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and since there was very little, if any, insulation, we could hear every word they said while they were in the hallway outside our room. It would have been nice to sleep in while on vacation but that was impossible with all the talking, doors closing, and cleaning cart wheels squeaking right outside the door. The room was very expensive and nothing is included except a chocolate bar. Disappointing.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. Very close to Chocolate World and Theme Park. Not too bad inside the room but got a weird smell on entering. We paid around $70 but that's what we expected for $70. I will stay in a better hotel if I want to go there again.

The location of this motel is great. Close to all but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The front desk was very friendly. The thick plexiglass protecting the front desk worker from guests is a little unsettling. The room was nicely divided, great for a family of 4 to allow privacy for the parents. However, some effort could have been made in cleaning the room. The light bulbs in the bathroom were full of dust, the toliet had mold, a chunk of the vaniety in the bathroom was missing, and there were a number of dead bugs in the room. The outdoor stairs were very rickety and scary. The place requires some updates, but then again you get what you pay for.

This was the most unpleasant visit to an hotel i have ever experienced in my entire life believe me i have stayed in some dives but this one takes the cake, a coat of paint and subtle camera shots on their website wont make up for what has to one of the nastiest rooms i have ever stayed in the floors dirty no carpet not mopped nor swept bedding stains on mattreses as well as sheets and the flies unreal i think i killed about 20 and thats when we walked in believe me i ask for refund and even took the container of flies to the office manager but got the runaround so if you are seriously considering this hotel dont it say conviently located it not dont waste your time nor ur money at this dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This motel went beyond our expectations. Convenient location, attractive building and landscaping, swift, courteous service. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted and needed in a place to rest and hang out. We highly recommend this motel and will stay there again when in that area. AND, the price was an exceptional value.
