The room was nice and well appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. There were lots of children however running and yelling in all floors of the hotel and the smoke detector blinked in rapid succession quite brightly making it difficult to fall asleep.

perfect place for an overnight stay

I was looking for a one night stay for a conference, which was at the downtown Pittsburgh. I used the shuttle from to airport and then public transportation from/to the downtown. I was looking for a economic but safe place for an overnight stay, and this hotel worked perfect for my expectations. For the price you pay, you can't get any better place. The shuttle service to/from the airport was very convenient, shows up at the airport within 10 minutes of your call at the airport, and is is ready to take you to the airport on time. The staff is nice overall, and the room has all the basics you need, and is clean. Overall, I do not have any complaint....

The hotel was great. Clean rooms except for a dirty pair of underwear I found that was in a spot that could be esily missed ny the maids. The location was great. Ten minutes outside the city made the city easy to get to. We had some people banging on a door across the hall but a quick call to the manager and the noise stoped shortly there after. The hotel was great overal and we plan on staying there again in two weeks.

This was a business stay for just one night so did not utilize pool or exercise facilities. The rooms were very nice (clean, quite). Location to our business meeting facility was perfect and great location from airport.
We were treated very friendly by everyone during our stay.
Would recommend this hotel to others and will certainly stay there again during any visits.

Nice hotel overall but sofa bed seemed a bit overused so not very comfortable. Also, requested extra towels and pillows at 9pm, never received them despite 2 calls to the desk before 11. Lastly, disappointed that reservation was for 2 queen beds but they only had King bed available.

Stayed here for airport access and parking. Was very impressed with the room and staff. Very clean and comfy! The airport shuttle was good as well. Made our trip easier!!
