The hotel was all full because of Sandy. Though I reserved my room weeks on advance, the gave all the non-smoking away and I was stuck in a smoking room. I had an interview the next day.....to which I showed up smelling like smoke. Staff was so unfriendly. Such a horrible experience. I would just hope I caught them at a bad time...

My hotel stay was from 12/12-12/14/12 with a late check-in/early check-out. My travel was for classes in Breinigsville, PA a few miles away & traveling it daily wasnt bad at all. I think the cost of this hotel was great compared to going rates for other 3-5 star hotels nearby. The room & bedding was clean, the pool is a nice size (however it was a bit chilly so I only got in one time). There was a nice size exercise room - but I didnt use it. I had a ground floor room on the highway side. Occasionally I did hear the traffic, however all the nites I stayed I got to my room late and was exhausted so I didnt hear much. The small fridge was making a bit more noise then what it shouldve been. The bathroom was very nice with an adjustable shower head & I did NOT hear the typical screeching noises that occur when other hotel visitors use the shower - thank goodness! There was a great breakfast buffet to choose from. Cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, make your own waffles, bagels, bread, muffins, eggs, sausage, coffee, milk, juices. The dining area was comfortable with a TV and an attendant that greeted me every morning. I seen other reviews about the long parking lot... it's not as bad as people say. Yes it is a narrow lot but its lit up and I didnt feel unsafe at all walking to & from the hotel. I did have to call the desk at 10pm for TV issues and they were very helpful. I had no problem using the free WIFI. I would definately stay at this hotel again. Thank you everyone else that gave it great reviews too which made me feel comfortable booking this hotel.

All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and seemed to be recently updated. It was a great location to skip across the street to a fantastic diner that we frequented quite a bit!

The location is great, especially if you like to shop. The hotel is at the edge of a large plaza.Therefore, in minutes you can walk to all types of stores and restaurants!You are located at the expressway entrance, so travel is super easy!The room was clean,yet very small, and there is a simple breakfast each morning. It was frustrating to have the ice machine broken the entire stay!(In 80degree weather!)The breakfast area could have been kept cleaner and have a few more tables. You are not allowed to remove food from the breakfast area, but there are 12 chairs available for seating! I had to stand to eat one morning!(on weekdays breakfast is until 9, later would be nice!) Coffee is available 24/7. Refrigerater , no micowave in room. Overall its an okay place to stay for a short time at a good price.

First time staying at a Red Roof and I must say I was quite surprised. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Chech-in/out were quick and efficient. The room was very clean and all furniture appeared either new or very well maintained. Not a lot of amenities! But then who stays at a Red Roof for the "extras". Great location near the airport, shopping, highway, and close to downtown. There is also a multi-plex theater behind the hotel. I stayed at this hotel because it was not more than 2 hours from everything I wanted to see and do(Amish country, Gettysburg, NYC, and more) and would absolutely stay there again!

Had a wonderful weekend at this hotel with my kids.The breakfast was great. All you can eat breakfast buffet. My kids love the waffles which they made themselves with the waffle maker. The pool was warm and the hot tub was too hot. The hotel room was very clean. Can't wait to go there again.

But not in this case. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice hotel staff and the spacious room I got for a low price. I was satisfied and comfortable with my stay.

Friendly staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable, renovated older place - no complaints. Not five star, but cost was reasonable. Location just up the street from the airport was convenient but not the best in term of other amenities. Shopping and restaurants were all about a 2 mile drive south on airport road where it looks like all the newer hotels have been build. Overall, I did not spend a lot of time in my room as I was visiting family. But, I was comfortable when I turned in for the night.

Wi-Fi did not work' and no other connection was provided. They said on Friday that they hopes it would be fixed Saturday....no dice. Unconscionable in this day and age. If I had known I would have moved to cheaper motel next door.

Everything was great!! The pool, Hot tub, cleanliness of rooms, continental breakfast. If I had a negative it was the sound of the freeway near the hotel. You could hear the vehicles but it wasn't that bad. I had a room that was facing the freeway so it might not be as loud on the other side. The "other" side room numbers will be the odd numbered ones ie: 405, 407, 409....etc.

The front desk Attendant was really nice. The rooms are clean and the hotel looked clean overall. good location-dunkin donuts and boston's resturant was basically in the same parking log along with a shell gas station. Easy access from the main road. This is our second trip to that hotel and would go back.

Business trip, looking for a low-priced place to stay. Location was good, close to Route 78. The bed was clean, the water pressure in the shower was good. Other aspects of the property were not so inviting. Hallways were pretty run down and dirty, doors in disrepair. Continental breakfast is not like other Econolodges....no practical place to sit. Okay to grab a quick coffee to go....

The Comfort Inn was nice enough, and the staff was friendly. The room had all the amenities. The cost, however, was ridiculous. I realize it's next to Dorney Park, but I would expect a much larger room and an air conditioner that worked better.

We had a few problems in our room but they were taken care of. The TV had problems our first night and after calling twice (because they were taking longer than I anticipated and our 19 month old needed to go to bed) they came up and fixed it and then replaced it in the morning since we continued to have problems. The TV is why I gave the amenities a 4 star because both tvs that we had were flat screens. The refrigerator was all the way on low cool but it didn't take long to fix. The tub didn't hold water but they gave us a tub stopper which worked just fine. The room is nicely decorated and large for the price (King with an extra sofa sleeper) but needs some SERIOUS deep cleaning. There is lots of dust and dirt in the corners of the floor which is pretty gross when you have a toddler sometimes crawling on the floor. The crib we got was also metal but it seemed perfectly safe. I wish we had just brought the pack and play though, because my daughter is only 30 inches tall and didn't have much room to roll around in. Also, because of how close we were to Dorney, we thought we would walk. Good idea in theory. We wanted to go the safest route since we had our daughter and in doing so we had to walk along the road to the next light, walk across the highway, and down through the huge parking lot. The safest way was definitely a LONG hike. Close to 1/4-1/3 mile. On our way back we risked the 4 lane with no problems since it was mid day and not busy at all (easiest way is to enter through the exit of the parking lot which is directly across from the Holiday Inn parking lot). I wouldn't risk the 4 way again though. It made me way too nervous and in my opinion, if you have a small child, pay the $15 to park anyway. The breakfast had some pretty horrible eggs and sausage, but everything else was decent for it being included. I do wish the laundry service was available on the weekend as well.

The motel is fine for a night while traveling through. I pre-paid through a travel service but the motel charged me again. The travel service called three times when the manger was to be in, but the manager "wasn't available" and did not return their calls. Travel service finally refunded me on their account. Basic place to stay, bad mangement.

A quickly planned overnight stay (we were in town for a funeral). So we appreciated the great service, nice clean and comfortable room. They accomodated an early check-in request to allow us to refresh and a change of clothes. A very nice continental breakfast sent us on our way home in the AM.

Tv had no remote, bed was on a slant and the bed was made like it was intentionally short sheeted, but come to find out the blankets were just short, bathtub wouldn't hold water because of a bad plug, continental breakfast consisted of donuts,cornflakes,juice and coffee. The door to the parking lot would not accept the key had to go all the way around to the inside door to get in. Air conditioner did not work properly. Terrible place.
