Slow this time of year so we were upgraded to a Loft Room, which means a view of the ocean. Big storm came in with gusts up to 70 mph or so. The loft room was noisy & shook in the wind. Because my job requires me to go to work when the power goes out, I didn't sleep well. Otherwise the room was great.

The staff was fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately on the third floor where we had our room, many of the other rooms were getting new carpet... so everything was in the hallways.. making moving around the hotel a challenge, I feel the room rates should have been discounted due to the inconvenience.

Decent place! My wife and I thought the room had a funny odor. She thought the bathroom smelled like urine, I could smell it a little but no big deal. She said on top of the cabinet where the tv was sitting was dusty. I thought it was a decent place for the money. I noticed dogs on leashes. Not a deal breaker. We have a dog. They were in the lobby area where we were eating. Great for overnight stay.

Great stay at River Tide suites. The room was very clean and roomy. No complaints at all with the accomodations. The continental breakfast was adequate, although seating was limited.

We went shopping, the aquiram, the arcade, and the beach. The weather was great. The town and people we nice and friendly. The pool was really cold.

The room was clean and nice. Since it was during the off season, it was very quiet. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Only had to hop in the car a couple times.

A wonderfully updated room with comfortable bed, including pillows of various types (soft, medium, etc.) and a bed cover of simple, chic style.
Fabulous location nestled near the river and a mere short walk to the old town bustling with lovely shops, restaurants, and the beach! Complimentary breakfast every morning -- an excellent way to start your beachtown day.
And don't forget to snag a warm, freshly baked cookie in the hotel lobby on your way in/out each afternoon. Overall, wonderful hotel experience with economical yet comfortable all-around service.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the courtesy shown by the staff was exceptional. The location was a little out of the beaten path but not so far that getting around to the "sights" was not that difficult. On the plus side, it was easy access and one doesnot have to battle a lot of traffic due to narrow streets.

This was a decent place to stay with pets, twenty dollars a night extra. Beach access, decent pool and hot tub and room service was reasonably priced.

A lot a reviewers say the rooms are too small. We fit okay with just two of us. Any more than two and it wouldn't have worked. The hotel offers ample opportunity to upgrade to a larger or ocean view room if necessary. Their service overall was very good. The major downsides to this hotel are the thermostat and the shower. It was cooler to turn the fan on than try and use the air conditioning unit. Also, the shower would not reach temp for several minutes and then wouldn't hold it well.

Seaside Vacation Homes Inc. offers premiere privately held two to six bedroom homes and condos on the North Coast. Near Ocean properties are located on average two properties off the beach and have easy access via foot to the edge of the water. Ocean Front properties face the ocean with unobstructed views of the water and include all linens, a fully stocked kitchen and availability of household cleaning products at no additional charge. Each home has a TV with cable access and DVD player. Many homes offer Internet and fireplaces. However, these amenities are subject to availability. The house was very nice, well-maintained, and clean. It was convenient to all our activities. There is a lot to do around Seaside, but the weather kept us from doing too much until our last day.
The only unpleasant part was not knowing where we would be staying and delaying the start of our trip waiting for a return call. We have rented many vacation homes and ALWAYS were notified at least a week in advance the location of the rental.

Needed hot tub...much larger pool. Pidgeons built nest in planter pot on deck...eggs and all...therefore deck was unusable due to PIDGEON [*] covering deck! Areas of ceiling peeling off. Best of all...for the priviledge of booking through [...] rather than directly with hotel I was allowed to pay $60.00 more PER NIGHT. NEVER AGAIN [...]THANKS BUT NO THANKS!

Awesome, rustic, authenticity.

Seashore was awesome. My sister is paralyzed and we got down to Seaside late Mon. nite expecting a reservation at another hotel. After an hour of calling around we found she had come down on the wrong week and there was no opening for the room. We called Seashore and the staff immediately worked us in to a wheelchair accessible room with a fantastic view and gave us an incredible price for being on the beach. The atmosphere is very rustic. It felt to me like the original setting from 50 years ago for cozy, friendly, family oriented vacationing. The continental breakfast could use a little expansion, but all in all, I plan on only going there from now on. I love the family friendly staff.

Only third story rooms had balconies. We could only get a second story room. We would have loved a balcony. Otherwise, the view was awesome. It is close to everything, but just enough out of the way to avoid being overly noisy. Small hotel, felt more relaxed. For the price, however, the breakfast could have been better. We have stayed in cheaper hotels that provided buffet breakfasts with much better selections.

Oregon coast can be expensive to stay. Often there is a big gap between buget and value. Inn at seaside was a great mix. Not waterfront, but the beach is a very short walk away. Staff was so friendly. Rooms clean and comfy. Lots of personal touches.

This was the perfect Hotel to stay at if you are not needing an "ocean view" room. Great way to spend quality time with my daughter before she leaves for college. Walk to everything you could ever want to do in less than 2 minutes! My daughter said "she has found the perfect hotel for the beach and will stay no where else! Thanks for having a really neat and clean room.

Inn at the Shore is an oceanfront hotel in Seaside, Oregon and your best choice among Seaside Oregon Hotels. We are located on the quiet south end of the Promenade. We have 18 rooms with panoramic views of the sea and Tillamook Head. The ocean is at your doorstep. All of our rooms have a terrace or balcony on which you can sit and enjoy the sea air.
