The hotel was clean, near the airport and comfortable.
In general i found people in Portland to be cold and rude , but not so with your staff. The night auditor on duty the night we arrived was very friendly and helpful as was the shuttle driver.
The front desk staff was in general ok but the woman on duty the morning we left was very friendly The staff who cleaned the rooms were great and accommodating. .
I was very disappointed in the restaurant and would not recommend it or eat there on a return trip.

Before booking I had read that the landing of the airplanes can wake you up or just not let you sleep, but thats definitely not the case. We could not hear much, yes you can hear it but its not loud enough to wake you up or not let you sleep. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff was at first a little grumpy but then just became so friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to the airport. Our bed was very comfortable, buffet breakfast had a good selection, dining room menu also had a good selection and the food was very good. All staff were very frendly and helpful. We plan to return next year.

Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place. Not only were the rooms nice and spacious but they were very clean. The staff were great and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were busy as we arrived, but the wait time was modest. Rooms were great. Airport noise was not an issue at all. Upon leaving (early) for our flight, checkout was fast & the complimentary Continental breakfast (though Spartan) was a great help as we rushed to catch our flight!
We've stayed at this Hyatt a couple times before. It has consistently been top notch.

This is an AIRPORT hotel, whose primary advantage to my mind is that it is close to the AIRPORT, making it convenient for those with early flights out or late flights in. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and had an very good bed (a SleepNumber), so I was able to get a good night's rest - the main reason for staying at a hotel or motel. In addition, the staff was knowledgable, informative and helpful, and they assisted us tremendously in mapping out a journey for the next day's adventure (in this case, hiking side trips along the Columbia Gorge). We were surprised to discover that the hotel has an excellent restaurant with more than just "bar food" or "family fare." Would I stay here while visiting Portland - no, because it is not convenient to the downtown; would I stay here for its access to the airport - absolutely.

It is always great after a long international flight to get back to the U.S.A. and have such a nice clean bedroom and bathroom. Nice, quiet, and peaceful for those of us who are exhausted from about 31 hours of airline travel.

This hotel was easily worth every cent. Great breakfast and easy airport shuttle. They also shuttled us to the rail line...lots of shops and a few restaurants and fast food nearby. friendly staff - couldn't ask for anymore for the price.

This motel was much nicer than I would have expected from a right-off-the-highway budget motel. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location does make one feel a bit isolated, though. Pay a little extra for a room facing onto the inviting and nicely landscaped pool area. Otherwise, you might be facing onto a trailer park and noisy train tracks. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will stay here again,. Excellent value.

The hotel is located next to the MAX station, both a great plus and occasional minus as you can hear the whistles. It is also near a large road and trucks and honking are audible. Not very often but it was noticeable. Other than that I was extremely impressed, especially considering the price. Rooms were in great shape, staff was very nice and the free breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended.

The shuttle met us at Cascade Station to take us to the hotel for a very early flight the next morning. In the morning, the shuttle was ready and waiting for us at 4:30 to take us to the airport. Despite the fact there was an entire school bus of kids staying at the hotel, didn't hear a thing. No road or noise from the parking lot either. Only thing that would have made it better if at 4:15 am they would have had coffee ready.

The staff is nice. The room is clean. The food is somewhat expensive. However, the Van runs regularly to the airport, so it's a good place to stay for a short meeting where you want to efficiently get in and out of Portland.

I booked the hotel for my oldest daughters birthday. We came from out of town and were going to a show in downtown Portland. The room was clean but average.
The room did have a musty smell and beds were hard. The girl at the evening desk was very sweet and the guy the next day was very helpful and understanding and let us check out an hour later than check out time since we were out till 4 am.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. I had a very nice stay. I was delighted to see soy milk offered for breakfast. More gluten free choices would have made the stay perfect. Maybe next time.

I intentially chose this hotel for a couple of reasons,
one, it's close proxximity to the airport for a 4 am departure, and it is close, any closer and we would be dodging planes on the runway, and the second reason was that I knew I would need to do laundry since I was coming off a two week road trip, which included camping. Unfortunately, 'guest laundry facilities' meant packing it all up and taking a shuttle to a near by hotel and using their washer and dryer. Too much to expect a guest to do. I was not happy packing dirty laundry to fly across the country. And today, as I am preparing for a week of teaching, I am also scheduling laundry time.

We traveled with an elderly relative and our experience was positive. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-kept. Although no breakfast is served, each unit does have an equipped kitchen and there is a small "pantry" with a selection of food for purchase if you don't want to leave the hotel to shop. We really appreciated having complimentary laundry service for our extended stay but wish we had brought soap from home as individual packages, though available, were expensive. Staff was friendly, and accommodating. DVD movies were available at the front counter to "rent" for free.

The Bryce Canyon Resort was located close to the Park we were visiting as well as close to the new route that we would take as we traveled on to Moab. The room was very comfortable, A/C worked well (important when temps were as high as we experienced). There was plenty to do on the site or nearby and the nearby cafe was an added plus.

Was clean and had friendly staff. They were very helpful. You have to call them to be picked up from the airport which was not known when we arrived but other then that and there being no indoor pool I loved the hotel and would stay again.

The hotel was in a great location. We needed to get downtown, and the directions were easy to follow from the airport exits. Had an early morning flight out so appreciated the proximity to the airport.
Computer access for boarding passes and local information about the area was excellent.
