Cimarron Hotel in Stillwater

This hotel is located within walking distance from T. Boone Pickens Stadium, Red Lobster, Mexico Joe's, McAllisters Deli and a number of other local favorites. Ideal location for parent, friends or family visiting OSU students.
The double queen rooms will sleep four. There is an easy chair, a workstation, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Even with all these items, there is still plenty of room to move about.
The common areas are nicely decorated. Cookies and mints are available at no charge in the lobby. The breakfase included all of the normal items like cereal and waffles plus tortillas, sausage, eggs, cheese and salsa for breakfast burritos. Silverware is placed on tables wrapped in linen napkins (as opposed to a box of utensils or plastic ware).
While there were few people register on our weekday visit, the front desk advised that the check out time is 11:00AM and no extentions are granted.

Staying in this hotel from now on when I visit Stillwater. The bed was super comfortable and the room was excellent! The entire hotel was immaculate! The staff was pleasant without being intrusive. Definately will be a return customer to this place!

Nice, neat, and clean hotel. Did have problem adjusting the AC during the night to get comfortable. No restaurants nearby for dining. Room was very clean as was the entire hotel with a very friendly staff.

Enjoyed my stay there very much. Clean and bright with all the comforts. Only complaint is the bathroom was too dark... Light bulbs were the new low energy and just were not bright enough to shave and put on contacts... One of the overhead lights were missing... Will stay here again.

Our family was in Stillwater to visit our son who is a graduate student at Oklahoma State
University. The Hampton Inn and Suites is very centrally located and is still not in a loud and busy location. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here when graduation time arrives.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was filthy. The bed covers were disgusting and the floor was dirty. Upon entering the first night we found wrappers on the floor. Then we returned to our room the 2nd night the floor was still dirty. And most digusting was that someone had taken a "dump" in our toilet, not flushed it & plugged it up.

First Business Trip alone!

My trip was for business and this hotel was recommended by the people putting on the sale I was attending. The rooms were very poor and outdated. The ice machine leaked and it was the first thing you seen on my floor. The rooms where good size, but the heater sounded like it was going to take off at any second. The only thing nice about the hotel was the desk clerk that took very good care of me!

This hotel has been around for a long time and it showed. It wasn't bad... it was clean; however, the rooms were small and, although they were clean, they were obviously aged and in need of updates. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. For the price, I expected better quality.

Considering the price this was acceptable. Don't expect amenities though. The room had no clock or iron but the room was clean. If you ask housekeeping to come back later, don't expect your room to get cleaned that day though. Overall our experience was fine.
