We celebrated our son's 12th birthday and he wanted to stay at the hotel; we walked to brick town and ate with family for his birthday. He loved the pool and the coffee shop. We have stayed here several times and all have been wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great and the valet parking worth it as it was so hot.

If you need a place to stay for a Thunder or Barons game, this Hotel is perfect. Walk across the street for the Cox center and hotel is next to the Chesapeake Arena. Hotel has a decent restaurant and covenient bar and lounge. Room has a large flat screen TV.

I like the downtown location of this hotel. I can walk anywhere in Bricktown. The hotel has just added a free towncar that will suttle you where you want to go, it was raining one night and I used this service to get to a job. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Drive up & check in was very convenient. The Amex pre-payment did not come across in the set-up but Hampton could see the Amex number and placed my charges on the card----no problem, front end had to get OK from Manager. Great, nice place to stay. While I was on business, this would be a place I would come back to. Great location to ballpark, restruants, clubs, etc. Very enjoyable stay.

We first arrived at this hotel and were placed in a room that had a little bit of a strange smell. After calling the front desk they moved us to another room and paid for our overnight parking. The staff was very helpful at finding places to eat and the breakfast in the morning was the best that I have ever had at a hotel. Overall I would recommmend this hotel to friends and stay there again myself.

We wanted within walking distance of downtown OKC, Bricktown, the OKC memorial, etc., and most of all, a dog-friendly hotel for our eight pound poodle. This hotel was the answer. The Ford Center was a close walk also. This was our first time at the Colcord and we found everyone very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly return to this hotel again. Our breakfast was high quality and delicious--our waiter superb. The bell captains were eager to help us find various attractions.

No Pool!

We were disappointed to discover that the indoor, heated pool that I had gone out of my way to locate was dry due to resurfacing. Wish that had not been listed as an amenity.
The room was clean and comfortable. No other complaints except that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:00a on Saturday.
The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, if the pool had been as advertised, I would have been happy.

Our first night at the hotel did not go well. We had made reservations for a non- smoking room but instead we were put in a smoking room. It was very late and we we're so tired that we did not want to ask to be moved to a non-smoking room. Next morning we spoke the hotel manager that had reservations for a non- smoking [...] The hotel manager did move us to a non-smoking room without any hesitation, 4th floor room 429, and we were very grateful!!! The room was very clean and free of smoke ordor!! Our rest our stay was relaxing and fun!!

The hotel was a great price. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. However, for some reason the room wasn't really cleaned, all that was done was the garbage was taken out and clean towels were brought over. I was expecting the beds to be fixed and I was expecting the room to be vacuumed. Usually all the other hotels I have stayed at get cleaned. Other than that issue it was a good deal.

First thing: the staff is as friendly and accommodating as they come. Their culture is unquestionably dedicated to consummate customer service.
The hotel rooms have a fantastic, unique room layout that separates the sleeping area from the entertaining area (with a fridge and sink separate from the bathroom area), while using the same square footage as a comparable conventional room. A large screen HDTV can swivel to serve each distinct area, making it very user friendly.
A TRUE WORKING DESK WITH UNMATCHED ELECTRONIC WIRING AND ADAPTERS makes the room a truly effective office space. One can hook their computer up with plenty of charging and can even use the large flatscreen as their monitor. Although they offer free breakfast, an IHOP is within walking distance for fans of that establishment. Within blocks are 3 major indoor shopping districts ranging from Macy's to Wal-Mart to local gems, including the new Classen Curves district.
Finally, temperature control is a crucial thing for me, given the heat of OKC summers, and the thermostat was extremely prompt in adjusting the room temperature (and I like it at 65 degrees when hot outside).
Easy interstate access, yet the hotel is isolated from any traffic noise.
My only criticism of the hotel is the slight difficulty in finding it, although GPS users should have no problem. It's tucked away from major streets which makes it a little tricky at first...this becomes an advantage once one learns the way.

We've always had a great experience when staying at Hilton Garden Inn hotels. This hotel was no different! Exceptionally clean and vey nice style. Only things that might have been better were the pool had a little much chlorine (though, I'd rather it have a little too much than not enough) and the mattress on the bed was a little firm and didn't really seem to change with the adjustment of the knob on the bed. Certainly nothing that would stop me from returning. Staff offered the kids freshly made cookies upon checking in! :)

i loved the motel,but housekeeping couldn't seem to understand the concept of privacy(do not disturb sign there for somebody else i suppose)and i checked in early(paid motel as i could not figure out how to do so through you)this resulted in them charging my bank again for the 2 days i booked through you.i am still working on clearing this up.i do not appreciate having these funds tied up.

Hotel was amazing! We were 10 minutes away for the Chesapeak Arena, and thats just what we wanted! Bed was very comfortable and clean. overal room was very clean and nice! The staff were not very friendly is my only complaint!

Large rooms . . . filthy pool

The room was very large and nice for a family with two children. The staff was friendly and got whatever we needed as far as towels and sheets and so forth. The downside was that the pool was very dirty and really needed some repairs and a good cleaning. The jets weren't on to circulate the water and you couldn't smell much cholrine which makes you worry it isn't killing germs. My kids love to swim and the pool was a dissapointment.

This is an older motel so there are some maintenance issues. The shower was handicapped accessible, but the hand-held shower wand would not stay in the holder so water went everywhere. The card reader on the door was unpredictable. The parts of the breakfast that were supposed to be hot were barely warm. There is a nice shopping mall very close.

Shuttle a bonus!

It was a normal hotel, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. As long as you read the information that states the hotel is not in brick town you will not be disappointed. There was a truck stop beside the hotel but it did bother us since we did our research and new that we would not be trying to walk to brick town. The shuttle service was very prompt and drove us to brick town in 5 minutes! Nice waffles in the morning, I just wish the beds were softer!

There is some really friendly staff that all speak really good English and do what they can to accomodate your needs. It appears that they are trying to change the hotel to make it better, but right now cleanliness in the rooms is not one of its strong suits. There were stains on the sheets and some of the towels and the carpet. Its in kind of a shady area of town, but the immediate surrounding area seems real safe. Loud at night and kind of don't feel real safe at night as a woman staying here alone.
The management is trying to turn this place around by the looks of it but are still in process

The room was very attractive and comfortable. The bed was great, bathroom very clean and roomy with a great shower. Wonderful breakfast with healthy choices available and attractive eating area. We would choose this location again for certain.

We loved that your location was close enough to all we wanted to do but surprisingly quiet for being centrally located. The rooms were roomy,clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was great! Fitness room perfect/well done. Thank you for making our stay in OKC Fun- Comfortable- and Relaxing!

Very hassle free stay. Wifi was free, no problems with set up. Being located off of a one way highway service road made navigation a bit tricky. Hot breakfast was provided as advertised and it was delicious and filling. I'll try to stick to Days Inn facilities for the rest of my trip.

Because the hotel had a pool, I made certain to bring my swim suit. However, the water was very dirty, maybe algae, I am not sure, but I didn't want to get into it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever asked.
The breakfast was no good. The scrambled eggs were cooked hard like mortar.
I do like the rooms at this hotel, I have stayed here before. This hotel is not expensive, which I like, and its beds are far more comfortable than many more expensive hotels.
This hotel is pet friendly, as long as you declare your dog up front, they are ok with it, I didn't find the pet fee expensive.
You can get to any location in OKC from this hotel very easily. This is no palace, but it doesn't charge palace prices either. The rooms are clean, the a/c works very well, and the TV comes with a good selection - They should pick up FOX News.
