This hotel is decorated very tastefully which provides a warm atmosphere. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay at Hampton Inn again and again.

I Have never stayed at a Hampton hotel that did not have a fitness center. I was a bit disapointed. The night check in staff were outside smoking when I got there and I was unaware they were employees. When they were done the cigarette then only did they proceed to check me in. A little of a surprise for an other wise impecable hotel chain.

Fantastic property! Loved the modern boutique-like decor. Very comfortable room and bed...on the high end even for Holiday Inn Express. Very pleasant and accommodating front desk staff. On of the best nights I've spent on the road.

I was in Zanesville, Ohio for business. The hotel was very clean, and friendly service. The guest had a full breakfast with their stay every morning. The beds and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Gentlemen desk clerks at check-in lacked customer service skills for this weary traveler. Room was sufficient, pets accepted without issue. Location was busy and full of bilingual work crew guests who talked on the phone in the halls blocking corridors for long periods. Thin walls between rooms.

The continental breakfast was terrible but the WiFi worked and I didn't notice bed bugs so, for the price, I guess it was fine.

Although the motel was showing its age, the room itself was very nice and clean.
However, I was not in their computer system despite having registered through Orbitz the week before. The clerk was asking me what my rate was. I offered to go back to my car to get the info off my laptop but he said never mind. Upon checkout there was some delay as, once again, I was not listed in their computer. Yet I had just spent two nights there.

Very accessable from interstate. Dennys right across the street and will give discount with show of room key. food and service was good. clean room and breakfast was fresh. Staff was very nice and check in was quick.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a long trip. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the building inside and out, the comfort of the bed (complete with 6 pillows!), and the amenities such as the large desk area in the room and the pool/spa area. About our only complaint were the windows which let in too much light (but easily fixable by tucking in the curtains). All in all a great place to stay.

The hotel is nestled besides the river and a well established older area, close to eating establishments. The exterior was in fair condition and the interior had been redecorated, but was dated looking. Its a reasonable location to stop on your way to somewhere else. Otherwise unremarkable.

Our accomodations at the Fairfield were very pleasant, but the bathroom could use a little Tilex for the mildew in the corners around the bathtub. I do like the fact that the dressing area is separate from the bathroom in all the Fairfields. It makes getting ready more convenient for all guests. Fairfield always has a very nice breakfast, especially if you are trying to watch your diet. The hard boiled eggs and the small lowfat yougarts are great.

My friend and I were in town for a cycling event that started in nearby Duncan Falls the next day. Check in and out were easy and convenient. It is located almost in the same parking lot as an Olive Garden and several other restaurants. We were able to park our car just outside our room.

We were in the area for a Halloween party and the Comfort Inn was ideally located for us. The prcess for checking in and departing was fast and convenient. Our room was clean and roomy with plenty of towels. Parking late after the party was very limited. There were many options for dining out within walking distance to the motel. The cost for the night was less than quoted earlier, which was a nice surprise.

Not the place for sleep

At 10pm children were in the halls running and yelling. then at 11pm full size people began their fun and there was such racket that our beds and floors were feeling the movement. It did not improve with complaints. When I checked out the next morning they acted like "Oh well". I travel frequently and this is the worst hotel experience I have had. Maybe just a bad night, but none the less very bad.

We chose this hotel because it is near Dresden and the Longaberger Homestead. The location was great, but I will never stay there again. We did a hotel search on Orbitz and found this hotel. We wanted a hot tub, so we called the hotel directly to confirm that they had one, the clerk told us that, indeed, there was a hot tub, so we went ahead and booked the hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that there was not a hot tub, but there was nothing they could do about it because we "pre-paid." So, being in that situation, I decided to suck it up and have a good time anyway.
Once we got in our room, we noticed that the safe didn't have a key, so we called the front desk in order to obtain a key, and we were told that an outside company deals with the safes, and there was nothing they could do about our safe not being accessible. (There is a $1.00 per day safe charge).
The dresser was missing one of the handles altogether, and one of the other handles kept falling off.
I am not normally one to complain about much, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although housekeeping did an excellent job, the location was great, and the pool was nice, the hotel clerks were all rude and very dismissive of our complaints. We picked this hotel because, for the price, we were expecting something a bit nicer and were willing to pay for it, but this hotel didn't quite match up to my expectations.
Hopefully they can get it together and improve their service, but I for one, will never be returning to the Baymont Inn and Suites in Zanesville, Ohio
