Nice - looked like it was remodeled!

We were visiting friends to go to a Mudhens game. It was a nice room that looked to be remodeled. We were near the ice maker but I guess someone has to be - right!? ;-) Other than that it seemed perfectly fine. Make sure you have washclothes. It appears the US is going the way of the Europeans and they are now delivering washclothes upon your arrival. other than that we were perfectly content!

Everything was nice in the room. Could have used a couple more pillows per bed. Did not have realize I needed to ask for a hair dryer when I checked in.

Everything is what I expect from the RED ROOF. Nice, Clean, Roomy, Close to everything. The only concern I had was the Heat unit in the room, it made a lound noise when you had it on. Didn't concern me too much I just turned it off, it wan't THAT COLD.

Expensive parking - $13/day extra. Hotel is old, slightly shabby. Ditto for the room but the bedding appeared and smelled clean. Dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. Mismatched shampoo and conditioner made me think they were scrounging from other hotels? I would have picked a higher-rated hotel but this was the best available in Toledo. I had a great view of the ballpark, although there wasn't a game. Staff was also VERY friendly.

Even though was a little bit far from downtown, it was very closed to the highway. At the time we arrived they were remodeling, but that didn't interfered with our stay. They worked very fast. In the lobby, they should get furniture to make it more appealing. They have a computer and a printer for your needs and a tv also in the lobby. Still they can have a nice entrance if they get the computer better situated with a nice bureau. The breakfast has plenty of different selections from wafers, cereal, to biscuit and gravy. Rooms were cleaned and the personnel were very friendly. For the price it was a nice room and the location was convenient

Great location but thin walls

Price was right & located right off the highway so easy to find. However the crying baby in the room next door woke all of us up, likewise the noisy plumbing from the room above. Still the breakfast was plentiful & staff very welcoming. Fine for a one night stay.

In town for a wedding in Sylvania. Made reservations somewhat late so not a lot of options. Comfort Inn was 75; wingate in Sylvania was 150, so went with Comfort.
No elevator; make sure you can carry your bags up and down stairs. had to walk through "smoking" hall to get to non-smoking room. room was clean, fine, ok. because of economy price, hotel attracted guests who yelled and cursed a lot in hallways on the weekends late at night. Other than that, an ok value, if you are on your own dime and not getting reimbursed by an employer (would take the Wingate in Sylvania if getting reimbursed). I said yes would recommend to friend, but that means if they are on tight budget and didn't plan in advance to get better rate on better hotel.

The hotel was good. Nothing special. It was a good value for a quick one night stay. Definitely not ideal for an extended stay (but then again neither is Toledo)

Room was clean - had to go back to front desk and get roll of toilet paper of which there was none in the bathroom or on the spool. There was still leftover soap and shampoo in the tub from previous occupants. Room was supposed to have been a non-smoking room but I could smell that smoking had taken place either in that room or an adjacent room. All my clothes picked up the smell of cigarette smoke.
