Friendly staff. Really comfy bed. Centrally located. Great spot if you're going to Ohio valley antiques, IKEA. And Jungle Jim's. Small towels but ask for more. Breakfast was do it yourself waffles, cereal, bagels etc...I'd say about a 3. Worth the $ we spent.

Pleasant experience, staff very helpful, called and wanted to check in early there was no problem and room was ready. The complimentary dinner buffett was a nice surprise it looked good but we went out to dinner that nght with family. Breakfast buffett was very good. Gentleman behind counter was very helpfull, in finding us something to do for the day gave us some nice suggestions. We went to the reanasaince faire it was about a twenty minute drive away but worth it. Stay was great.

we enjoyed our stay. Will stay at again. The electric went out for hours. they need a backup electric unit of some kind. Maybe would have used a pool. Easy assess to shopping and eating. Staff were ready to help us, as they had no handicap units available due to flood. Everything worked out fine. Our recliner was gets a little shaky.

I booked this hotel because of the availability of two queen beds. We came with some friends that are moving away and wanted to spend some quality time with them before they leave. We visited Krohn Conservatory to see the butterfly show. Our room kind of smelled funny when we arrived. My friend said she thought she smelled smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The toliet leaked in the bathroom and the tub had old fixtures. The tub also sloped and was slick...made it hard to stand up for a shower. The beds were ok...kind of bouncy. You could hear people upstairs so it was sort of noisy. Breakfast was fair. There were hot items like sausage and a pancake machine. Not many places to sit.
I guess I expected a little nicer for my $140 . When I thought of Holiday Inn Express, I imagined a little "more" for my money. I wanted it to be a really nice weekend for my friends...and the hotel was just OK. I've stayed at many 2 stars that were as nice for far less. I'm just disappointed.

WENT TO KINGS ISLAND AND CINCINNATI ZOO. EXCELLENT ROOM AND SERVICE. NICE AND CLEAN. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. EXCELLENT GREETING WHILE CHECKING IN, AND EXCELLENT ROOM SERVICE. PRICES ON FOOD WAS HIGH, BUT THE KIDS ENJOYED THEIR TRIP.

Great price off the beaten path

I was so looking forward to a renovated Homewood complete with a large walkin shower. What I got was a shower with a dripping spout. Older hotel that was in a little need of help. The bed however was to die for!!!

The hotel is well priced for the area. The location is a little noisy but at night it is nice and quiet. The rooms are a little on the small side and it had some issues with the finishes after a remodel. Overall it is a good hotel that I would recomend to anyone looking for a seperate living and sleeping quarters.

The hotel was only 2 minutes from the conference we were attending, which was very nice because we got done pretty late at night. The room itself had much to be desired-mainly the bathroom. I couldn't bring myself to take a shower. The tub just looked gross.

Owner cuss and is cruel to guest

I came into the Days inn at Sharonville Ohio located at 11775 Lebanon Rd, I-275 & US 42, Exit 46, Sharonville, OH 45241 during a severe weather advisory on may 23, 2011. When we arrived, we were approached by the owner of the hotel at the door. He told us that we could not stay at his hotel because if we get hurt, it would cost him money. He told me that if a tornado breaks through his window and I get cut by glass, that's going to cost him financially so I need to leave his hotel, go somewhere else & next time I should check the weather before getting on the road. Out of sheer desperation and fear of going outside in a possible tornado, my husband handed the owner his credit card & filled out our information on a form. The owner stated, "you don't have to stay here, there are lots of other hotels around here." Clearly knowing that it was unsafe to go out doors. He told us to go across the parking lot & stay at the restaurant that has a basement for shelter & is owned by him. We left in the storm & proceeded to the restaurant. The workers at the restaurant told us that it wasn't owned by the man at days inn & that they didn't have a basement but we were welcomed to stay there until the storm passed. I called the hotel owner at days inn to tell him that he was wrong and inhumane to put our family out in the middle of severe weather. I asked him were was his humanity? He told me, "go back to Africa you b** " I told him that I was going to report him & post reviews about my experience at his hotel. He called me on his cell phone at 11:07 at night… (which is still in my phone) and said to me, "I have your information, know who you're f with." Me , my husband, my 2 year old daughter and 5 year old son was treated like less than human

I visited my significant other. Having a refrigerator and a microwave in the hotel room or Libby would've made my visit more enjoyable. My previous trip was about the same I stayed at the Motel 6 on Ridge. This Motel 6 in Sharonville was spacious and a good price. The front desk receptionists were a delight. Along with that the motel was convinently located to the freeway and the Tri-County Mall and other things
