The front desk was VERY accommodating! I had to switch my room and they did it with no problem! Very polite every time I left or entered! When I had a situation with a man hassling me outside, the lady at the front desk got right on top of having someone go out there! The hotel was VERY quiet! I was actually very surprised with how quiet! I even had a family with kids by me and never heard a thing unless they were in the hallway! Great views! The only problem really was the cleaning staff never came one of the days and the other she didn't come until 3pm. This hotel made my trip very pleasant! I only wish they had complimentary breakfast!

The hotel was very nice, and the price was super. There was also a shuttle to pick us up from the airport when we came in during the evening, however there was not a shuttle available for our early 6 a.m., flight in the morning, had to take a cab, which the hotel ordered and they were there on time.
Room was great, although the hot water was not hot, only slightly warm. Other than that, a great bargain.

The hotel staff was quite accommodating. They allowed us to have a room with a balcony. The room was cleaned while we were away which made it nice to come back to a clean room. It was convenient as far as highway access. There were three restaurants within walking distance. The mall is across the street and other stores are within a mile away. We stayed near the airport due to travel but drove an hour away to attend the Hall of Fame Weekend in Canton.
