Knights Inn Mt. Gilead is conveniently located off I-71 and just 5 miles from Mt. Gilead Aiport and 40 miles from Port Columbus International Airport. Mt. Gilead is home of the Mid-Ohio Auto Racing. Just 20 miles from Clear Fork Ski area and 30 miles from Snow Trails Ski Resort. We have a large banquet and conference facility and suites available. Complimentary Continental Breakfast. Cable TV with HBO, ESPN, TBS,TNT, CNN, USA. Pets are allowed with 10.00 Dollar extra charge in limited rooms.

good, bad, ugly

the price was right, but the no refund policy should have been a clue. Once I arrived I would have gonr to another hotel. Nothing worked rooms were dated and old, tv can only be seen by one bed. The so called continental breakfast was two bulk cearal and a loaf of bread and coffee with a juice machine. I will never go there again

A place to stay for the race weekend...

When i arrived, the rude man at the desk tried chewing me out because i had checked in pretty late, he claimed he was about to give my room away even though i had already paid in full. After i set him in his place i went to my dirty looking room with half-busted doors. The room itself wasn't really dirty, just run downed. The hotel is surrounded by a corn field which is pretty creepy especially since the the Morrow County Correctional Facility is just down the street. The next morning the same guy at the front desk scolded me for taking breakfast items out of the lobby area to my girlfriend who was still in the room. I could go on but basically, the hotel is a dump even for my extremely low standards. The man at the front desk was not polite... at all. But all in all it was pretty cheap, slightly comfortable and the only room available in the area.
