Arrived at CLE late at night, called for shuttle and was there in 15min. Shuttle driver was a oddly strict but he got the job done. Hotel is a few miles drive from the airport. Fairly generic. Wifi works but is not quite enough to stream a youtube video without pausing. Breakfast is free, also generic.

My wife and I needed an inexpensive place to stay on the way to Cleveland Clinic. Stayed two nights, price was good, room very clean, not far from Cleveland, Staff was helpful, not even one bad comment. We would both stay again.

The hotel was extremely nice for the price. Everything was clean, the staff was extremely nice. The only down fall was no coffee maker in the room and the t.v. was on the fritz - but for the price this close to the city, you can't beat it.

The staff, from the front desk to engineering to housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this met my expectations for a Courtyard perfectly -- clean, everything worked, and no surprises. It's functional rather than exciting, and for this trip that was just fine.

I paid in advance for this room and noticed that I did not get the room I paid for. We were supposed to get 2 Queen beds 1 bedroom suite with whirlpool, non smoking, free hi speed living room kitchen fireplace...we instead received 2 double beds, no whirlpool and no fireplace.

Nice place not the newest on the block but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a grab and go with cereal also. we only spent one night so did not use the facilities. I would stay there again.

I came to town for our Aunt's 95th birthday party. My sister and her husband also stayed at the same hotel...the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff couldn't be nicer. The next time I come to town...this is the place I'll stay. Great value and comfortable rooms.

Everybody was friendly and helpful. We went for a wedding and ended up having our grandkids stay with us and the workers took special care of them. It was great.

A good bed, a good night's sleep

I had a very personal task to attend to while in the area. I was assisting in the closing of the house of a deceased loved one. The privacy and near annonymity of my experience in the hotel suited me well.
One complaint which applies to 90% of the hotels in which I have stayed is the following. Most fitness rooms cater to the weight lifting types and neglect to provide a clean empty space for the multitudes who now practice yoga and/or Pilates, or Gyrokinesis, etc. This was also the case at the Crowne Plaza.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast didn't have the most options but was ok. Decent restaurants within walking distance. Good location for late night or early morning CLE arrivals or departures.

Room reeked like old smoke, asked for non smoking. Got another room with water on bathroom floor, and hair in bathtub. Asked for a 3rd room and got that "look" and I said forget it i was tired.

It was dirty, supposedly non-smoking (but there was an ash tray inside and smelled like smoke), no working light in the bathroom, and my car's alarm went off at 3am. Do not expect things like a mini fridge, or full sized bath towels. Spend the extra 10$ and go across the street!
