It was a nice hotel for the price. The TV only got a few channels and is probably ready for an upgrade. The bed is a little hard, but other than that it was a nice room.

The rooms are always clean with amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc) and staff is very polite and helpful. We always stay here when visiting our children and grandchildren in the Miamisburg area.

I rented a penthouse for myself and some of my family to stay in throughout my wedding weekend. The room itself was fairly nice, like someone else mentioned a little run down, but it more than suited our needs. We did end up utilizing the kitchen to the fullest extent (stove, oven, microwave, and fridge) however the lack of supplies to properly use all of those items left something to be desired. The bed upstairs was very comfortable however, I did not fully understand the reasoning behind having a murphy bed in the downstairs bedroom instead of just a regular bed. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that there are no elevators. My elderly grandmother stayed with us and had a difficult time getting up and down the stairs. Unfortunately all of the penthouse suites are located on the second floors. Overall, it was great for the price. It was perfect for what we needed and under the same circumstances, I would happily stay there again.

I had to report that the bathroom sink drained very, very slow, and it is hard to believe that a cleaning person would not have noticed this while cleaning and should have presented a request to have it cleaned out/plunged. The room had a mild but noticeable sanitizer odor. The TV did not have an ESPN channel. The bedding appear very clean. The breakfast area was worn, but the food was OK.

We traveled to Dayton to see The Lion King at Schuster Theatre. We needed a place to sleep. This was fine. Good price to stay & sleep for the nite. Air coniditioning worked great, room was clean, nice easy travel to the theatre. Continental breakfast was just orange juice & a honeybun, but the Perkins restaurant right next to the motel was delicious. Would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was located perfectly for my trip, very close to the Mall, many stores, and easy to come and go. The staff was very kind and considerate. The room was comfortably fine except for not having a desk where to connect to the internet. Overall I would stay there again.

Decent Hotel for Decent Price

My grandson loved the hotel pool, hotub and pingpong. Hotel was in a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The downsides were that they would take our dirty towels every night but not replace them, so we had to keep asking for some (2 days in a row). The phone in our room did not work, so we could not order room service. And there was only one set of pingpong paddles that were slightly broken and we had to track them down from previous owner.

The rooms were very nice. Exercise room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and you could tell it hadn't bend long since it was remodeled. I think they need to get with the program and offer a free breakfast of some type, like there competion. Wireless internet would be better than just wired like they have now.

Decent place for the price

The overall stay was good. The only drawback was the bed in our room. The matress cover was not put on correctly and the sheet on top of the cover would not stay on the bed at all. I think the matress cover was to small for the bed.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms were very well kept as was the whole property. The pool area was rather small, but served its purpose to entertain the children.

Room was fairly clean with a few stains on the carpet and it still smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room. They even had an ashtray in the room but with a no smoking logo on the bottom. The bed seemed overdue for a replacement, it had a ridge running down the middle and squeaked at any movement.
It was nice to have the option of cooking in the room with pots, pans, utensils, fridge, microwave and sink but there were many restaurants close by as was all sorts of shopping.

check in took a while. didn't have the room i reserved, but gave me a bigger one at same price. it's an older building, but that's ok. the hallways stunk of animal feces. i noticed a lot of strays in the parking lot. really, the only complaint is about the strong smell of cat urine in the hallway where the stairs are. other than that... it was nice and quite. everything worked, we had a nice fully furnished kitchenette in the room. the cable tv kinda sucks but for what we needed the room for, it was great!
