I love the staff at this hotel. They are very courteous and always ready to help. The room was a nice size and clean. We utilized the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Despite the fact that it was a little far from central Mansfield, I would stay there again.

We stayed here for a wedding Oct 8-9, and although they did a great job with the wedding, our stay was horrible. We upgraded to a suite, but when we got to the room, we actually had holes punched in the walls and the rack in the closet was torn off the wall. When I called the front desk about 2 minutes after we got to our room, they not only did not offer us another room, but also implied that "those holes weren't there before." Probably won't stay at another Holiday Inn because of this experience.

Although the room was nice, and the food was excellent, the location was not in an area I would have liked to stay in.The room I booked ahead of time through [...] was changed, although I was told it was an 'upgrade', it seemed more of a downgrade. Also, if anyone is interested, the photos posted on [...] are from the Holiday Inn jacuzzi suites, and not the Executive Suites. Although I booked the room, and paid ahead of time through [...], I was VERY disappointed to find out that when I was asked for my credit card to cover additional costs, the hotel charged me for the room a second time. I caught this while checking my online banking account while at the hotel, so I inquired about the charge within an hour after I arrived. The woman at the front desk told me the charge would be reversed, and not to worry about it, although it has been a week since my stay, and the amount has yet to be reversed.If you have plenty of money, and don't care about the hotel's location, or what kind of room you will get, you should at least be happy with the friendly attitude of their employees.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very nice, looked recently updated. Had a special rate that offered the third night free. Well worth the price. Will stay there again next time I'm in Mansfield.

Staff was very cordial. Left purse in lobby and staff member promptly returned it intact.
Continental breakfast are not much to speak of, but they really aren't very good anywhere.
Overall experience was good for the price paid compared to other local hotels.

Excellent staff, clean rooms with the normal amenities, including micro, mini-fridge, and wi-fi. Hot breakfast nicely done. Not a fancy place, and not terribly roomy, but represents an exceptional value and was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Well done.

I like this hotel overall. It is great and worth money. I wish breakfast choice would be more though. I like oatmeal but what they have is very sweet oatmeal package. But the staff is very friendly. Room is clean. I enjoyed.

Great place to stay if attending Mid-Ohio Race Car Course events. Short drive has a pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna. Good place to relax after a long hot day at the track.

We were in town for the weekend for a car show and just needed a simple, clean place to sleep a couple nights and this fit the bill perfectly. The facility is not new but it was clean and overall seems to be well maintained. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, check in and check out a breeze. We would certainly stay here again.

Staff was nice despite their unprofessional appearance, room was outdated and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. But it was a cheep hotel and if you come expecting that you wont be let down!

I made reservations threw Orbitz.com They messed up my room type.I got charged more for a smaller room.A bigger room would have been better at least a double for 2-people instead of an 1-person bed.

The Spruce Hill cottages were quite charming with outdoor patio or sunroom offered, except that no one that was left in charge was available when we needed them. TV/DVD remote was lost, phone # to contact the office was not current, very little hot water so couldn't use the jacuzzi after biking all day, & our reservation that took me quite some time to make was unable to be found, causing me to give all the info over. This COULD HAVE been a very nice stay for our 40th anniversary had things been checked by the staff there BEFORE our arrival.
